I ordered from Spain, not a bad price for the game I bought. Maybe like 3€ less. However, service was fast and I got my fully functional key less than 5 minutes after paying. Works great, would recommend!

YouTube 3 month code + Avoid!

YouTube 3 month code. Received code unfortunately didn’t work. Need to raise ticket. Did this, no reply. Meanwhile no other way of contacting them. If you bump ticket or mail them again “you go to back of queue”. Scam - avoid, I should have looked here first

“This code has already been redeemed.”

I bought a SimCity key from GameSeal on 07.05.2026 and received the code by email without delay.

However, when I tried to redeem the key in the EA app, I received the message: “This code has already been redeemed.”

So the delivery itself was fast, but the product I received appears to have already been used. That is the main issue.

I have contacted support and I hope they resolve this by providing either a replacement key or a refund. Until then, buyers should be aware that this can happen.
