I made a mistake with Gala Music (violated their terms and services), and as a result, I was locked out of my Gala account. I contacted them, but they didn't give me a chance to correct my mistake or apologize. They said the decision is final. Fine, let it be, if I deserve it. BUT (!!!) All of my cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and NODES are now inaccessible, and they won't give them back. I asked them to allow me to withdraw my assets from the account or send them to an external crypto wallet, but they didn't even bother to reply. They have blocked access to my assets, for which I paid a lot of money. Gala Games is not decentralized; be careful with them, as they can take everything from you whenever they want! You don't have keys to your gala wallet. Not your keys not your crypto!
