They take money, then they ignore you.
They basically took my money and then ignore me.
I bought a session. The coach told me he had to postpone the session for a very serious personal reason. 3 months later still not able to book another session. The coach is always unavailable, he does not answer to messages and nobody is answering to my questions. I am trying anything, I am completely ignored.
