I made 2 orders, the second order arrived even before the 7th day (I'd say a 5 stars service), however the first order had a delay of 2 weeks for various reasons.

Refund never received

I bouth an item listed as Available (Disponibile). After 2 week they said that the item was wrongly listed as available and then asked me how to proceed (with a replacement or refund). I asked to them more than one time, about the refund.
Long story short, after more than a month I didn't receive my money back.

Seriously

Seriously? You have the courage to ask me a feedback of you of my experience...well, a complete disaster...you don't deserve to be an e-Commerce but only ad unconditionally a huge SCAM

Delivery too long

It took them 5 working days to process the order and another 9 working days to send the parcel, which I finally received on the 16th day, through one of the worst postal companies Gls-Group, which just throws the parcel in the yard and doesnt even inform you about it, as a result, the device for 900€ lies on the street unattended and you pay for this delivery, but the support helped me understand my questions and answered on the same day, for which I thank them, overall the experience is unsatisfactory, I wont order from there again.

Slight delay but all good

The overall experience was fine. There was a slight delay in delivery which was totally understandable considering the period of the year (very near to xmas holidays), probably the activity was hectic and the communication a bit lacking. That is the only reason for the 4 stars. But all went good in the end.
