Avoid Gamer Advantage (.co.uk) if you are in the UK. This site is a 'front' for a US operation that hides its true location until after they have your money.

The Domain Deception: They use a .co.uk address and GBP pricing to trick you into thinking they have a UK presence/warehouse. They do not.

The Shipping Scam: I paid a premium for 'Fast Shipping.' Only after payment did they reveal it would take a month to arrive because it is an international import from the US. Charging a premium for 30-day delivery is a total misrepresentation of service.

Tax & Import Trap: They charge 20% VAT at checkout, but because it’s an import, you are still liable for courier 'handling fees' and potential customs issues that a local UK shop wouldn't have.

Useless Customer Service: When I raised these concerns, the support team was dismissive and unhelpful.

I will be refusing delivery as this is a clear case of misleading advertising. If you want glasses without the month-long wait, surprise import fees, and a company that actually respects UK consumer law, shop elsewhere.

The Customer support has always been 'decent' but the product not so much.

I have worn glasses for 20+ years and never scratched any of the lenses, ever. Three pairs and replacements of these have got little scratches that appear over time.

Really disappointing and going to go elsewhere from now on.

For an order placed on 26th March and advertised 2-3 days delivery I have still to receive the product today 10th April. I have also emailed their contact us page without a response yet and to make things even better I am receiving marketing email campaign for a fantastic discount on the product I have yet to receive! Might be unfortunate circumstances but it doesn't look very good from where I am at especially for a claimed premium product.

The glasses are amazing, I stopped getting headaches after using the glasses and I also feel less sleepy. These glasses changed my life for the better.

Fast shipping no damage etc.

I loved the product and the customer support. They were quick and fast when I came down to creating my prescription and glasses, and the added sunglasses attachment was really nice.

The Glasses are great along with the protection for your eyes and everything nice casing and all but, I do feel like i am going to break the glasses since they are flexible and since I wasn’t aware which was probably on my end but other than that they feel nice and comforting i do have no regrets and wish to continue buying products here.

Huge fan! Frames are super light but durable, lenses are the clearest I’ve ever had, and they are completely low profile and comfortable!

These glasses are life changing. I have been using GA Glasses since August of 2021. Since using them, my chronic migraines, tired eyes & sleep patterns have gotten tremendously better. I have very few migraines now & my sleep has been better, where I can actually fall asleep faster. Since then, I have ordered about 4-5 pairs, from the Augments, Horizons, Liquids/Infernos, & the new Arbor's which are part of the sustainable collection. So far- each have been incredible, w/ the sun clips & even for driving at night w/ the high beams. The Arbor's have to be the most comfortable pair I have. I have enjoyed being part of the GA Team.

The glasses arrive alot faster than expected and they work so well. They really help me when I'm staring at my computer all day at work and then when I end up playing video games. They actually fit my head really nicely too, alot of times glasses are pretty snug on my face but these fit great!

I love my glasses. I contacted you after I got them. The clip on sunglasses have a noticeable nick out of the green paint. Bit other than that.. I wear them every day!
