14 days waiting thw dispatch of my product, I'm waiting now... from Chile, I tried to contact gamer heaven but no answer...

Made an order on the 5th of November for Christmas it still hasn't showed up and now I've just found out they've stopped trading even though I rang up last week and they told me I would get my order plus more for the inconvenience

Ordered an item, they never shipped. Sent an email asking about it and they never responded.

I ordered a Halo 5 backpack for my son's Christmas gift on November 18th. On December 21st, I still had no word from them. I sent an email requesting an expected ship date and received an automated email that told me more were expected in stock on DECEMBER 10th (11 days BEFORE I sent the email). Christmas came and went and no gift for my son. After discussing it with him, he told me to go ahead and cancel the order and request a refund. I sent an email on January 10th requesting said refund, only to receive another automated email that they were closed for the holidays and wouldn't be available until January 4th (6 days BEFORE I sent my email). Now, it seems that I will have to make a transatlantic phone call to try to get my refund.

Not impressed!!! Ordered my Hubby a hoodie and a few other things for our anniversary, other items all came in time, but no hoodie. Got an email a while later stating the hoodie was in back order, no big deal, was hopeful to get it by Christmas. After multiple inquiries and no solid explanation, Christmas came and went. Still no email of shipment and no contact as to why or the wait time I may have left. We are now encroaching on 6 months since the order was placed and paid for and still no contact and no information. No impressed, I might love your products but because of this experience, I will not be making future orders. Thanks anyways....

I run raffles for 3 genuine uk based rescue's and one of our raffles was an amazing Christmas Jumper, a huge star wars fan won. In November. No jumper, No refund, No real communication.
It's not often you find a company willing to rip off needy rescue's but hey you've found one!

I am still waiting for my items despite a promised delivery date. Payment has been taken. No response to numerous emails and phone messages (no one answers the phone).

I bought a Halo Guardians backpack from the website on 13 October. After a couple of weeks when it had not arrived, I called the company and was told that they had been let down by a supplier and that I would get it by the 1st week November. When it still didn't arrive, I called again and was told that it would arrive by mid-November. Again it did not arrive. I called again and was told that they were very sorry but it would now arrive at the end of November.

By the beginning of December, it still had not arrived. I called again and said I wanted to cancel the order and requested a refund. They said they would process the refund directly.

I noticed that the refund had not arrived in my account so I called the company, just before Christmas. I got a voice message. I have been trying to call them on a daily basis since the beginning of the new year. I keep getting a voice mail message and can't speak to a person. I have sent several emails chasing the refund but no reply.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would!

Paid money. Never got product. I was robbed, basically

Haven't received my order in 3 months and customer service doesn't respond.

Still waiting for my order for over a month.. No explanation at all.. Status says "awaiting shipment"....????????

It's been over a month since I placed my order from the states and it hasn't been delivered. I have emailed (about a month without reply so far), and now I've called them twice to no answer or return call. Then Gamer Heaven has the gall to send me an email survey asking for a review. My review is of this company is terrible. Avoid this company and do not do business with them.

I ordered on 18 Dec 15 and it is now 8 Jan 16 and I haven't seen my order yet. When I emailed to get a status of the order a week ago, I received an email back that they are closed for the holiday until 4 Jan 16, I've emailed 5 Jan & 8 Jan and still get the closed for the holidays until the 4th response.

It's been two weeks since I ordered my hoodie and it's been saying awaiting shipment for a week now. Last time I ordered a hoodie from them it took 3 months for my hoodie to arrive. It's safe to say I'll be waiting months for my order. I won't even bother emailing them because they never respond. Terrible company.

2 months now... Never received item... No answer to emails... No refund... Order still says pending....

I've been waiting 2 months for my order, still hasn't arrived and no contact from the company at all! When i ordered on the website, the product description said that it would arrive mid november, i checked again around 2 weeks after ordering as still had no information, they had changed the product desciption to say it would arrive at the end of november, and two weeks after that changed it again, to a later date, and i had not been told about this! I've tried contacting them multiple times, with no luck. Would not recommend whatsoever, very displeased.

The check out was easy and I got emails within seconds. I got an email a couple days later saying it was awaiting shipment. It has been 5 days... still hasn't been shipped. They haven't been easy to get a hold of...

Now, gamer-heaven.net and I go way back to April 11, 2015, when I placed my order. I ordered the Legend of Zelda Green Canvas Messenger Bag, that was still on pre-order, but due in May. I knew I was not going to receive my order anytime soon, but boy, I really had no idea how long this would take. Soon, the pre-order was moved to July 1.
In August, this message was still on display. That's when I started writing the first emails, which I thought was an excellent display of patience from myself. I received a polite email that promised me that the bags were expected to arrive within two weeks. Four weeks later, after I still hadn't heard anything on the status of my order, I decided to send them another e-mail. I received a response, explaining that the bags were delayed, but expected in at any moment.

So far not too bad, but on to the next act of this tragedy. On the 9th of September, I finally received an email that notified me that my order had been shipped. And nothing came. On the 19th of October I contacted them once more, asking if something had gone wrong. You have to understand that, up to this point, I considered myself to be very lucky that my emails were still being answered. I got a response with the shipping details, to find that my shipping address was incomplete. Gamer-heaven.net promised me that they would contact me again as soon as they received my returned order. And that is the last I've ever heard of them. I have send multiple emails since, but no response. I will keep on trying, but to be fair, I do not think I'm ever going to receive anything from them, be it a response, or the order I placed.

If you're one of those wild types who is able to appreciate the insecurity of ever receiving anything (the approximate date of delivery also being an absolute mystery, of course), this company is your go-to place. You won't be disappointed.

I personally would have rather spend my money and time on other things, like buying great amounts of wool knitting yarn to knit tiny hats for penguins. Doing so would be about as useless, but at least the thought of a penguin wearing a knitted hat makes me chuckle. Which is more than I can say for placing an order at gamer-heaven.net.
