These guys are scammers i posted my sell order on 3rd December after which they sent me an email on 10th December that the game is being tested they went blank after that... After 5 days when i didn't receive the money for the game i called them i was trying to talk to the customer care he kept on cutting the call after a while later after calling again and again he told me the game is rejected and it will be returned and you would have received an email regarding tracking the return when i told the customer care that i haven't received any e-mail regarding return he cut the call again i would suggest no one to ever buy or sell at this site its a scam

Good place for selling computer parts...I had an old dell pc which was not working...Sold its cpu and ram sticks and hdd for 1800 rupees...I sent them the products...At first their service was bad....Even after 10 days of delivering the item my money was not transferred...Called them...The good thing is that they took the call immideately and answered in a good manner....They told me that my payment was at hold and told me that it would be transferred within 1 week....Then i waited for 1 month.....After about 1 month and 3 weeks they called me one day saying that my hdd was corrupted and they would send me the remaing money which was 1400 rs..I agreed and on the same day i recieved the payment via the given payment method.....Very late but since it was not urgent i had no problems...They even sent me the hdd after 2 days.....Late but good

I bought the airpods max for 25k, It was mentioned that there was no case but they delivered it in a leather case with even silicon covering for the headphones. Also a new cable was provided. I'm extremely happy with this and this website isn't a scam.

I sent it a bunch of games to sell to them and they never replied back about that. They literally ghosted me.

After multiple attempts to reach them, there is absolutely no legit reply about what happened to my games and when will I receive the payment.

Never go with this website. They are just a bunch of frauds.

Worst company to sell electronic items, they dont even have proof, if your item is not working and they dont even see is your product really works before asking for pickup.
- They should send representative rather than blue dart person. who dont have sense of what item is.

My item was fully works but gamesloot says it not connecting viabluetooth. it requires wifi to vr experience not bluetooth, also it have bluetooth for headphones paring.

This is a froud company .....they deliver expired and outdated product.....do not buy from them please ...and customer service is very disgusting very cheap people

Cheap owners, the customer service team doesn't have a working phone, the team has some technicians that they call engineers who don't know anything about products or games, looks like child labour, one girl is working there who the owners give everything to but even she avoids calls as per her wish and responds to emails as per her wish, don't sell anything there better to give a game to a friend a friend and charge them a small amount than go through un- educated people in a company filled with un-trained people ...the owner doesn't believe in customer service says it's a boring job also as usual with every private Indian company, pays you like crap difference heree is they pay you worse than crap and on top of that they think that is a great way for anyone to live with and expect you to do work by giving less than 0 ,,very poor service all round also managed by poor uneducated staff, the owners are cheap. To work there and to do business with them is both a no-no.

This website is worst please do not sell any games over here . Ill tell my experience i selled 4 games for them out of 1 them is having scratches game does not installing they said .That game is brand new i bought it from Flipkart no scratches nothing was thier before sending courier I took pictures of it everything game is fine but still they are saying game is scratched this website is completely Fraud . Don't trust this website not sell your games over here worst services from them.

i sold my graphics card here and they took it from me and used it for a week or so. then i got money from them. so i called on their support team. now they are saying they are sending my graphics card back. such a poor service. they will use your product and then send it back to you.

I live outside Mumbai and faced negative experiences while trying to buy and sell from there. I tried selling my Cyberpunk Xbox disc which they didn't accept and they broke a portion of the box. I sold the same game to my local CEX within minutes in person though they didn't accept the box due to the damage thanks to Gameloot.

I bought a used Amazon fire stick(2nd gen) from them and they sent a dead remote to me due to which I couldn't use the fire stick at all. Had to borrow a remote from a friend to resolve it though I still don't have a remote and am using the Fire android app. It might be a good site for people who reside in Mumbai, but it is risky for people who live in other states. Just my 2 cents!

Bought a power supply with missing cables from them. They are scammer scum. My coolermaster V2 850 W came without a CPU cable. They are abrubty cutting my calls and ignoring my emails.

I Bought the ZOTAC Gaming GeForce RTX 3060 12GB AMP White Edition(Used) from Gameloot. All tested the card is fully working with no fault, and also got the original box and accessories with the card. the card looks almost new with only a really small unnoticeable dent on a nonsignificant part of the backplate and the plastic over the Zotac logo turned a bit yellowish. Other than that the card looks really good, and also came in a really good package with a bunch of bubble wrapping

At first I bought a gamepad from this company, it was broken inside. Then today I again wanted to sell 4 games, they told that two of them had scratches and even deducted rs 50 for reshipping. I recommend gamenation , they are really good.

bought ps4 slim, and 2 CDs.
ps4 slim was full of scratch and dent with huge sticker marks, console was not repaired but still lags in between, console was imported and the cables were not originals, game disc n controller was working good but the controller was too old with marks, I bought pre-owned but at that price, I might get better ps4 slim in olx with better condition

Not legit. Each disc ordered comes with an issue. Worst experience

So far I have bought products worth more than 1 lakh from GameLoot and I have not found any single issue with their services.
Products were found in excellent condition each time I have ordered anything from them.
