Ordered a device for my Xbox one. HORRIBLE customer service. Paid for expedited shipping and still hasn’t shipped yet (4 days later). Horrible horrible horrible service. Never use this website. Scam artist.

I ordered a Xbox One power supply. The description of the item said power supply for a Xbox One power Supply. What arrived after $60 something dollars was a power supply for an Xbox. The two are different. I sent an email to customer service since the company obviously can not afford a phone, and we are into week three of me just trying to get my money back. This is ridiculous. They keep saying they sent the Pre Paid return label. They still haven't. I honestly believe this is one guy, who doesn't speak a lick of English who is selling crap he bought at a yard sale. I HIGHLY recommend you not waste your money here. Buy from a LEGITIMATE company who can afford to have a telephone and you can speak to a human who can afford to handle your issue. Now, its not even about the money. I can afford the $60 something dollars lost. My mission now is to put these incompetent aholes out of business.

I ordered a controller on Ebay from them. It was the wrong one and the one they sent was broken. I sent 4 messages over days, with no response. I put in a request refund, and still no reply. Ebay had to step in to resolve the issue. I will not order from this company again. Lack of attention to detail, and bad support.

My item said it would ship within 1 day, but I'm two days later and it still hasn't shipped. When I contacted support, I was told (in a not very friendly manner) that my item has shipped, but the USPS says that they're still waiting on it to be dropped at the post office. It hasn't shipped.

These people are not trustworthy, and they're not worthy of your business.

Paid for 2 3 day shipping a week ago they just now notified me my package was mailed tracking number says waiting on item this company is lazy trash stay away

Never got Link Backpack that i ordered. Contacted the help asking if the item was shipped this is a week and a half after i ordered. Got an email saying that a supervisor will review it and will contact me. 3 days later no answered replied to the email that was sent from the help department and 3 days later no reply and no product. I am frustrated waiting for an answer or the product. Come on why does it take so long to get an answer saying yes your item has been shipped or no it has not. I paid using paypal and the money was taken out right away. Now i am going to see if i can get a refund because no one has replied to my easy question. I will never buy for gameinstock again and no i do not recommend it. Almost $40 dollars for the backpack and no answer.

Ordered an Microsoft Xbox one power supply and they sent me a non-Microsoft one. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GAMEINSTOCK!
