Good Service, Lacking Site
Sometimes the site has loading times that are just abyssmal. Which may be the most annoying thing about it.
Also my order didnt seem to show up in the system for an hour, BUT and this is why I love the site and would always buy keys from there again, the customer support was outstanding. I received a very quick, not standardized Answer to my ticket (some might like a more formal approach, but I like these kind of messages a lot more). The support was very friendly and helpful.

I've purchased a game named just cause 3, which was listed in the stock of the site, after several hours of non supply of the product, I turned to the customer support of the site, and was told that the product will be sent to me in a few hours, after waiting for almost an entire day and not getting the product, I turned again to their customer support where I've been told that the product is sold out and a refund will be sent to me, after several hours i've noticed I didn't got the refund I was promised, and contacted the customer support again, and again I got the same answer that a refund will be sent to me soon, only after the intervention of PayPal, the money returned to me.

Great price. ALMOST instant delivery.
Really great price. My only concern is that the CD key comes 10 minutes after the order and it's a scan (you can't copy paste). If that's the price to pay for a great price, I'm okay with that.
