I bought this to go on 3 computers. only installed on one. after a little while got error that all 3 was used and need to get a new license number... called and got so complicated to fix I quite. wanted to get on my computer.... that's not going to happen!!!! I need word and excel !! don't know how to uninstall you program so I can start over !! using a free program to use excel but want to use office excel. what can I say..... can you help???
