Not so bad, but be aware
I made a really bad evaluation about this company concerning an issue I had, which end up being some sort of technical problem.
Be aware though, that it is a common problem that the reception of the mail will be missing, and that your purchase will be somewhere in your mail, but unable to be found unless you seek the command number, or look for a mail from the company. This is quite inconvenient but not really their fault.
What's more problematic for me, is that no mention of this is made anywhere on the website, while they assured me that it happen quite a lot. This simple information could have prevented me a lot of stress.
The only other problem I had is with the client service, which is not as fast and permanent that they claim. Although very kind, polite and concerned, I have waited until the afternoon for an answer concerning a request early in the morning. No mail of confirmation that my request was taken into acount. You have to understand that for someone like me who tried this website for the first time, being in this situation, after a consequent purchase, is not pleasant or trustworthy. And I am not a spoiled little brat, I buy regularly on startselect for hundreds of euros, and everything is instant, and the only time I had a likewise issue, I contacted them via whatsap in the middle of the night and everything was fixed in 15 min. I don' t judge them because I don' t know how their buisness work, but seeing the vast amount of services they propose, I can only assume it is not a small indie company with 5 people working day and night.
So in the end I got my product, and I rise the evaluation to three stars, minus one for the lack of information regarding known trouble that can happen, and another for the speed of the service which is not warranted either on the website, letting you think that everything is " instant" and 7/7.
Thanks for your services, I may buy form you again, now that I know what to expect.

Unfortunately we experience it more often that the emails end up in a different folder than the inbox. This is obviously very annoying. I am sorry, but these are small technical problems which we are doing everything possible to prevent.
In any case, know that you can always contact us if there are uncertainties about your order!
