That was quick.

I had accidentally made a purchase that I did not mean to, so I went to the support page and got an agent almost immediately (10 secs max give or take), Michael (the agent) helped me out and made an exception for me because I had not revealed the key yet.

Ordered a key for Far Cry 5

Ordered a key for Far Cry 5: Gold Edition. After my order was completed and the payment was accepted, my order status was stuck in "Awaiting delivery". After a 2 minute talk with their tech support it was resolved.
