When I made my account, the confirmation email had an issue where I couldn't click any of the links to confirm or anything. I sent an email explaining the issue, and I got a very quick response, and they had processed the confirmation for me. I was able to make my purchase and activate the game with no further issues.

Only issue I had was on steams end. Their client sucks when you’re trying to activate 22 keys in one go. You need to make sure you’re copying the next key, and not some stupid pop up about steam being unable to configure the dlc on a game you haven’t installed yet.
