It's a scam, I never subscribed through their website, but through a phishing window, when I thought I am buying product from different company. It keeps taking money from my account for so called "subscription". No refund whatsover when I opened a dispute with their team. I just had to cancel and they are keeping the money.

Great support from a team with employees that understand.

The support team eventually helped me process my cancellation and confirmed it, which I appreciate. It took some back-and-forth, but I’m glad the issue was resolved

I didn’t sign up for a transcription to your services. However after requesting to cancel this and getting a refund they handled quickly and suffice.
