Gallerix excepcional customer service.

Initially I had a long-standing problem with an order that had been lost during transit. Gallerix and I had been given differing accounts of the location of the parcel by the courier. The order was placed at the beginning of June and by the 28th I still hadn’t received anything despite Mikael from Gallerix doing everything possible to rectify the solution. In the end he kindly offered to send me a replacement print as well as refunding the whole amount of my purchase as a gesture of goodwill. He also kept me informed every step of the process and couldn’t have been more helpful. The print itself is very high quality. It arrived 4th July

Took some time to find out the problem here but it's finally sorted out as you already know.

The order was incorrectly sent to customs by FedEx and since it wasn't supposed to be there it got stuck. After several attmepts to have it removed we decided on sending a new order to you instead and heavely discount the order.

Glad we managed to resolve the issue and thank you for being in such a good mood despite all delivery problems here.

Terrible still waiting for my order…

Terrible still waiting for my order after 2 weeks tracking does not show any updates really disappointed as needed them as a gift, have emailed there support team and currently waiting for a response.

I ordered on 26/04 (almost two weeks…

I ordered on 26/04 (almost two weeks ago now) the tracking # supplied has no scans and when I emailed it bounced. If I knew it would take this long and I couldn’t email for an update I wouldn’t have ordered.

**Updated review, the company contacted me and partially reimbursed me for the delay although it was the postal systems fault. Good customer service, increasing rating as the product was also lovely.

A fold and poor quality frames

I ordered two big posters of Bauhaus. One poster has a big fold in it. The two frames I ordered are of poor quality. I think they make them themselves? I'm disappointed, it was a lot of money for me to spend. I also was a bit stupid for not checking the reviews before ordering :-(
Update: the client service was very nice and say they will send a new poster.

Very pleased with my map

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt I should leave one for gallerix as personally, I cannot fault them despite them have quite low reviews. I was slightly nervous ordering from gallerix as the reviews on trust pilot aren’t the best but I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I ordered a personalised map in black and white printed on 50x70 paper. It arrived within a few days and was just how it looked on the website. Well packaged and good quality. Would use gallerix again as it was just what I wanted and was a better price then other websites.

Waited three weeks and still no…

Waited three weeks and still no order,no information on the tracking so contacted Gallerix by email. I received a refund which is why i have given two stars but i wouldn't order from them again,very disappointed i didn't get my pictures.

Yes, there was a lot of delivery problems with your order to say the least and we do of course apologize about that. Unfortunately delays, and as in this case, a package being lost, is much more common in December. One thing we can be better at is to find these kind of delivery problems at an earlier stage but that's easier said than done. We are currently developing a system for this and even though it doesn't fix the problem it will at least shorten the time it will take us to find a solution.

After 1 month still no posters and no one responding

We ordered 3 posters for almost 100eur 1 month ago and have not heard anything anymore. The phone number goes directly to an answering machine.
Emails they don’t respond and after insisting they are sending an email saying that they need the address. So they send you a link to pay something for the adress.
Let’s see what happens

Sorry for not giving an answer to your review. Have tried to find an order that matches your value/name and belive I found it. If that's the case it looks like we found a good solution here. Can't be a 100% sure but if you haven't received the appropriet help, can you please reach out to us again?

We normally answers E-mail within at least 24h so that sounds really strange. Can't really tell for sure but I would assume it never reached us if you haven't got an answer.

The E-mail you're writing about is a Scam-Email so if you ever receive that never fill in any information and definately do not pay. We never ever charge customers for additional fees.

Very bad quality

Very bad quality. The poster looked different from the photo in the online shop, you could see every pixel. Customer support just said it looks normal to her.

Can you please send another E-mail so I can take a look at this? Can't find the order in question from the information I'm able to see here.
What I can answer without really knowing the exact issue is that if there's ever a problem with a frame or poster we always offer a solution. On the top of my mind I would expect that the problem was quite hard to show on an image and therefor you got an answer that it does look correct. That should either way only be part of the answer, it should always be followed up with a solution. Either by return of the item in question (if incorrect in any way, free of charge) or a replacement. That's really what I want to check and of course help you solve this ones and for all.

Ok product for the price

the print does not come in a tube, it comes in a box and it is a little damaged. Also, the glass is acrylic glass and mine, it arrived broken. Gallerix will send a new one frame.
