From our initial contact, we immediately felt comfortable. Artur was not only professional but also incredibly compassionate, kind, and patient. We reached out to several prominent funeral homes in west London, but none could meet our needs like Artur and Kacper did. They flawlessly organized everything, both locally and in Poland. Every detail was handled perfectly, and Artur exceeded our expectations by providing comfort and ensuring everything went seamlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend their services. I can’t praise A Galla Funeral Directors(Independent) highly enough. From start to finish, their service was exceptional — genuine, personal, tailored to our needs and full of care. To be honest, I don’t know how they do it, but with every interaction I was made to feel as the only thing that mattered was anything and everything we wanted. The whole team at A Galla made a difficult time feel a little lighter with their kindness and professionalism.
Nothing was ever too much trouble. They were patient when I was running late, even offering to open when they should have been closed. Every single member of the team went above and beyond.
On the day of the funeral, they were wonderfully supportive of to all of us.
Every aspect was curated beautifully, with the crematorium and pall bearers ensuring everything ran smoothly. The little touches they added came straight from the heart; nothing felt scripted or routine.
A special mention to Magda, who handled everything on the phone and in person with the sincerest care and meticulous attention to detail, liaising beautifully with the crematorium, she has such a warm and gentle touch about her. Pawal, who drove us and escorted my mother on the day, with such warmth — she absolutely loved you — and Artur, who managed the whole service seamlessly.

A very professional, trustworthy and compassionate funeral directors company who looked after my sister and arranged everything with the utmost sensitivity and according to our family's wishes. They took care of everything and arranged repatriation to Poland taking care of all the required documentation and transportation. They showed a lot of understanding and compassion at what was a very difficult time for our family. Both Artur and Magdalena were always available to talk on the phone and always ready to help. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From calling them to ask them to collect my wife’s body till being transferred to another country after, the service we received was impeccable. The staffs are very professional and patient. They know their job inside out and did everything possible to make sure we were informed and understood everything that was going to happen. I cannot thank them enough for the excellent service received. I highly recommend them to everyone. Especially Arthur thank you so much for arranging alternative transport and meeting the timescale target.

We have had exhumation of our daughter remains arranged in London cemetery. A.Galla Funeral Directors declared in writing that remains and only the remains and necessary clothing and packaging will be placed in hermetically sealed coffin. They broke their commitment. They chucked the remains together with soil and everything given by Cemetery staff into the coffin and transported to Poland. This is disgrace, no respect to human rights, no respect to us in such sensitive matter. Please be aware of their service.

The service we have received from Artur and his staff was just incredible, so much compassion and understanding. Their professionalism took away the stress related to the whole process of arrangement and funeral. We felt that our beloved Dad was in very good hands.
