Ordered some bike parts at an attractive price, knowing upfront that delivery would take some extra time, as the parts had to be ordered from the original supplier. I was in no rush. The delivery then took place, and I’m pleased with the entire process.

Terrible experience. My order arrived incomplete — an very important part was missing, and the product is useless without it. I contacted support right away, and it's been over a week with zero response. This is not just bad service — it's complete negligence. Galaxus clearly doesn't care about its customers. Avoid this store at all costs.

Another company failed to send me my PC parts for over a week, while being heavily dependent on a working PC regarding several deadlines.
Redirected everything to Galaxus on early Tuesday.
Payed almost the same.
Delivery date on Thursday.
Came Wednesday.
I cried tears of joy.

Galaxus.de is legit. I have been using them exclusively (together with Otto.de) to replace Amazon & other American brands. Great selection, no-surprise delivery and easy returns.

Delivery was very fast and Order was easy. The only bit strange thing I noted was that I did not receive an order confirmation, but this is probably because I don’t have an account and it is not important for me. And delivery with GLS is sometimes problematic, not this time

Purchase was seamless from website, description, ordering and delivery (just DHL sent too many emails about delivering with 2 conflicting arrival times - unnessasary!). Good quality product!
Worth mentioning is also their website with many interesting articles non-Galaxus related!

Nicer Design and more responsible than Am*zon

Ordered a GPU and they simply put the box from the manufacturer into a way bigger box with 0 packing material in case it gets dropped. Also you could see what I ordered through the cracks of the package. All in all way too risky for sending a GPU these days and I wont order from them again.
3 Stars because the value was still decent (basically like amazon).

I ordered a high-end MSI Creator Z17 HX Studio laptop from Galaxus.de, and I am beyond disappointed with the way it was packaged and delivered.

For such an expensive professional device, I expected secure and proper packaging. Instead, it looked like someone just threw it in a box – absolutely no care, no protection. I’ve ordered many high-value electronics over the years, and I’ve never seen such unprofessional handling.
This made me question whether the laptop was new or previously returned, and whether it had been tampered with before shipping. It’s impossible to trust a device that arrives this way. I reached out to customer service via email and chat and am still waiting for a serious response.

It honestly feels like I was treated as if I wouldn't know better – as if I wouldn’t notice how unacceptable this is. I packed the laptop back up and requested either a properly handled replacement or a full refund.

Very disappointed. For a company that sells premium tech, this level of care is unacceptable.
