6 months, no refund – expecting immediate resolution

I’m writing this review in hopes that Galaxus.ch will finally take responsibility and resolve my case.

In November 2025, I ordered a microphone to a friend’s family member’s address in Switzerland while my friend was staying there. The order was placed under my name. The item was never delivered because my name wasn’t linked to the address—but I was never contacted about this.

Since then, I have been trying to get a refund.

Over the past 6 months:

I was promised a refund multiple times
I was even told I would receive double the amount due to delays
I was told my card cannot receive refunds, yet I still received a refund ONLY for shipping costs
I was asked for bank details (BIC), then told alternatives would work—they didn’t
I was later told the transfer failed due to the bank location
Then told I selected the wrong currency, despite following support instructions

On top of that, communication has been extremely difficult:

My work hours match their support hours, so I could only contact them during short work breaks
The advertised weekend live chat was not accessible
I submitted a contact form that promised a reply within 2–3 days, but I received no response

As of today, I still have not received my full 73.40 CHF refund.

At this point, I expect:

Immediate review of my case
Direct contact from a responsible representative
Full refund without further delays

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with formal escalation through consumer protection channels and my payment provider.

I am still willing to resolve this directly, but after 6 months of delays, contradictory information, partial refund processing, and poor communication, this needs urgent action.

Next day delivery

I ordered three different items on Friday and indicated that there was no rush to deliver fast or seperate. The next day (Saturday!) I found one big box box with all three items on my doorstep.

Delivery was quick but not handled well

The delivery was quite quick, however they left the package at the entrance of the building in front of the elevator where anyone could just take it. I was home the whole day, but they didn’t even ring the interphone to warn me that they left it downstairs in the middle of the hallway. I found this quite unprofessional. It was not even heavy and they could have brought it upstairs and left it in front of my door.

We certainly understand the issue. Our deliveries are typically made to the curb. However, the fact that the delivery person did not ring the doorbell to see if anyone was home is not ideal, and we can understand your frustration.
