Galatea ... NOT LISTENING !!!!
So I previously reviewed this reading site as I'd bought 500 points in a special offer on 18th November 2025 but hadn't received them, even after repeatedly messaging them about it .. my frustration was being asked for the same information by the same person, even though I'd given them the required details many times and proved I'd bought the points etc, it was just a vicious circle ......
Thankfully, however, as of yesterday 3rd December 2025 (after messaging them AGAIN!!!) my points were finally credited to my account ... I have since received 3 emails asking me to rate the help I received, which tbh was pretty non existent - the choices being "yes I'm satisfied or no I'm not" ... I've tried on each email to click that "no I'm not satisfied" but low and behold, it won't take you to their page .. it could be a glitch (one of many) but I'm not sure. I don't wish to choose the other option just in case it goes through as that wouldn't be a true representation of my experience with them ....
However, at least I can now close this chapter but admittedly, I won't be buying points again, I also received zero response from them on my initial unhappy review .... I genuinely thought they would have been in touch to ask questions or explain what went wrong but nope, absolutely nothing .... it's good to know that you're not valued as a long term customer though
