I have been exceptionally thrilled with the two pillow covers by Gustav Klimt that I have received. They are beautiful! Ordering through Galartsy has been an easy process and both covers arrived in a timely manner. This is a wonderful site and don't hesitate to purchase items from them.

I mean do not get me wrong the shoes are great. The problem was mine got torn up after an everyday use. Not the best quality. It is disappointing because the design is really nice.

I received a product which was not to my liking.

The company got back to me immediately and offered another product or a refund.

I asked for a refund and immediately Jessica, who was handling my case, refunded my credit card.

First class, after sales service. I would have no hesitation using this company again.

Delivery was quite fast , and I am more than happy with my order, good quality and I received just what I ordered, very happy with my order.

Even though my second pair took a while to arrive, they were worth the wait! Comfy, colourful and yet subtle without being too bright. My Van Gogh Sunflower and Starry Night Trainers are for the win! So pleased with them.

I ordered a jumper, a dress and some sneakers. They were all amazing quality and arrived in an ok time. Had some issues with my sneakers' size, but they were very helpful in providing an exhange for me. The only downsize is that their warehouses are in the US and China, so for Europeans, the shipping cost can be pretty high, as the shipping cost is not covered for returns. But it's worth it!

The customer service is especially great - one of my orders arrived separately from the others (but at the time I thought it was left out of the package), so I reached out to them and received help almost immediately.

I was so excited when I ordered the phone case. It never came, and I reached out 3 times to see if we could resolve this issue. Basically, they told me to talk to my neighbors and look for it. Very disappointed with this company.

Very original designs for art lovers

Highly recommended! The site is easy to navigate, the products are amazing and very good value, and the shopping experience is very straightforward. Communication was good, dispatch was very prompt, tracking information was provided and the products arrived well packaged and in good time.

Ordered a shirt in the wrong size and immediately emailed them to please fix. Weeks later I still get the wrong size and if you want exchange, its a long process. Just stay away. Quality is also low.

I bought a pair of Galartsy shoes which were a size UK 5 they have been super. However, less than a month ago I ordered the Van Gogh starry night runners in a size English UK 5. When they arrived they were not the correct size. I checked box and they sent me US size 5 = >EU35 or UK size 2.5. I contacted them immediately asking for them to exchange for correct size =>EU 38,UK 5. I got one reply saying no exchange accepted so I am not happy all. No issue last time, bloody disaster this time. No further acknowledgement received from my reply at all = so lousy service so far. Really disappointed as runners are lovely but no use to me at all.

I ordered the watch but it came with a discolored strap (darker then in the picture) so i emailed customer service. They replied quickly and after showing them a picture of the watch i recieved, they apologised and fully refunded me. Great customer service, and the watch is, aside of its error with the color of the strap, absolutely stunning.
