Freddie was amazing! He picked us up on time and was full of information. He was friendly, flexible and made our tours so memorable.

We had well organized trip to Galapagos. Our advisor Alexandra always answered my questions within same day. I would highly recommend to use this agency.

My wife and I used Ecuador and Galapagos Insiders to help us plan a trip to the Ecuadorian Rain forest and a Galapagos Yacht trip. Our consultant, Diego, was the best planner we have ever used. Not only did he offer sound and practical advice as to the logistics of the trip, but I think he sleeps with his laptop next to him in bed. He answered my emails within an hour usually. He was available to answer questions about what to pack, where to find an ATM, how much to tip and what to expect at the various lodge/boat. He was truly fantastic. I only wish I could use him for all my future travel.

We also met a fantastic group of fellow travellers, which made the whole experience even more special.

Amazing Experience

Our family of six just returned from an unforgettable 12-day trip to the Galapagos. We started with a cruise aboard the Galapagos Horizon and finished with four days at Finch Bay Lodge, all perfectly organized by Diego from Galapagos Insiders.

From the very first contact, Diego and his team helped us choose the right trip for our family and secured a great promotional price on the Galapagos Horizon. He was always quick to answer our questions, and every detail before and during the trip ran smoothly and on schedule.

The Horizon is an amazing vessel with a friendly, attentive crew. After the cruise, we enjoyed guided visits with Fredy, whose knowledge of the local wildlife is outstanding. Our stay at Finch Bay Lodge was wonderful, we felt pampered the entire time.
