I ordered mine on 11/25/23 and expected it within 7-10 days. I've followed up several times and no one will answer the phone and no emails or even an acknowledgement that I had an order. I have a charge on my account along with an additional charge that I didn't authorize for 9.99. I can't get any resolution to this.

UPDATE: Following this posting I received a partial refund within an hour.

I cancelled my order within 3 hours and it took several days for customer support to respond. They ignored my requests for a refund and kept responding to my multiple requests/emails by offering further discounts throughout even more emails. Each time, I requested a refund and each time they only responded with a discount offer. After about a week they stated that they could not give me a refund because it had been more than 24 hours since my order was placed- even though I made the initial request within that timeframe. They stopped responding until about a week later when they sent a shipment notice at which time they then stated their policy of not allowing refunds after shipping has been processed. I also attempted to call them for several days, no one answers and no voicemails are returned. All of this is a scam, including the higher shipping fees than disclosed at the time of purchase. I requested a refund within their policy timeframe but they did not honor it.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered on December 10th, shipping label created on the 12th, and then nothing. I tried to cancel and they say it has shipped so they can't, and sent me the same link saying a label was created, but that doesn't qualify as shipped. It seems many have had a similar experience. SCAM!

I ordered 5 galactic fidget spinners on December 9 for Christmas presents. They gave a date that stated they’d be here a few days before Christmas. I got an email saying they were at the warehouse on December 10. When they weren’t coming I called the phone number which was a third party and the lady said I should be getting them last week or this week……nothing yet.
I sent an email and got no response.Christmas came and went
Now I just want my money back

Ordered (3) units on 12/12 got email 12/14 saying order has shipped. Tracked shipment and still at warehouse-very sad..call service is offshore and they don't care.
Finally got though to CS and let's see if I get my refund!

Same for me. I placed the order on 12/16/2022 with this company because it said it is an American business. On 12/17/2022 I got a message that the product had shipped, but when I looked up the USPS tracking number, I got this message.

"Latest Update
A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 7:22 am on December 17, 2022 in LOS ANGELES, CA 90058. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date."

That same message is there when I look it up today. No answers to multiple calls and long waits in hopes they will pick up the phone. Nothing.

Where's people's compassion? This was a gift for multiple family members. The least they could do is let me know they are not going to ship it so I could go shop for something else. Now I am in last-minute mode for sure.

company appears to be a scam provides a tracking number however the never provided the item to USPS. Contacted customer service and they have no information and try to blame it on USPS. They will not refund you and you will not get the items -I will also contact BBB and local tv stations along with IRS and state that handles this regulation in CA. People need to stand up and put a stop to corrupt business practices in CA. Also will inform the IRS because they take the money from your account immediately then never deliver. They hire these jokers at customer service who dont know anything. BEWARE AND DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I thought these looked so cool. I ordered 2 for my home thinking it would be great entertainment for my teen son, my daughter and my grandbaby. I am totally ashamed that I wasted my money on these. Nothing like the advertisements at all. Not even remotely close.

This company is impossible to track down. I went online and attempted to purchase one spinner for my grandson. The website was not working and just kept buffering. I closed out and did not complete the purchase. Today o get an email saying I bought two!!!

This company is hard to track down. I placed an order for Galactic Fidget Spinners just prior to Christmas this year. After placing the order, i6gotva message tgat shipping would take 2-3 weeks! I immediately contacted them to cancel the order via the email listed on the PayPal transaction. They replied a week later apologiving for the shipping delay again, but not cancelling the order. I found 2 other email addresses and tried those as well. I did call the toll-free number to leave a message today, but I'm not sure it's the correct number. I realize it's the busy holiday season and now it's New Year's weekend, but there should be better communication. I still have not received the item and intend to return it if I do, but I would not recommend ordering from this company. I have filed a BOB complaint as well.
