Scam do not buy from this website, they steal money and never send product

I ordered a Liverpool top for my son on the 16/3/26..did not receive it sent e.mails no replies. Scammers 😡😡😡😡😡trace them to some coffee shop in Manchester. Wish I had read reviews. Why these scumbags not tracked and jailed . What does trust pilot do about these scum

I wish I had looked at reviews before using this website. I ordered a Forest kit fo my son’s birthday a month ago. It still hasn’t arrived and after multiple enquiry emails, I have heard nothing. I’ve been scammed. Don’t fall into the same trap.

I bought 2 items from here and it's pants. I ordered a hoodie that was too big, when I asked if I could get a smaller one they didn't have the order no. I also purchased a t-shirt and it hasn't arrived. I emailed them and so far no reply.

I ordered a football kit for my grandaughter when it finally arrived I knew it wouldn’t fit, contacted them asked for a return label and was told they don’t have them I said I wanted a refund but as I can’t send it back they were going to send me the next size up to me. This time I never received anything tried to contact but all I kept getting was error error.
I would ask anybody not to order from these thieving Chinese company.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS- beware!!!
They have a least 5 different websites with the same layouts but different company names. Directors are in China.
I fell for it because they are at the top of the google search. No items, no communication.
Please, please avoid!!

Terrible Company with no response and no item - ordered a top for my son for Xmas - ordered 16/12 and we are now 29/1/26 with no item, no response to emails and just a note on the tracking page stating they are awaiting instructions from the seller!! AVOID AVOID AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO CHUCK YOUR MONEY AWAY!

Appalling service from this company. Ordered 2 shirts for my son. Had confirmation email and nothing since. Weeks have passed and I cannot track where my items are. Have continuously emailed them and not one reply !!!! Disgusting service. Beware.

Ordered two football tops as Christmas presents. Web site showing quality original products as discount prices with fast delivery etc. Ordered one Liverpool top & paid for it to be personalised. Ordered a Coventry top my son in law really wanted. Opened account, paid thought all good. Week later I checked status on account, said order complete so checked PayPal for tracking & nothing. Emailed Gakoo asking status. Nothing about Liverpool top said but Coventry shirt out of stock. Not happy ordered another. Waited a day reply asking more details on shirt even though I sent a picture of it from their site. Sent more detail, waited another day & today told out of stock would I like an England jersey? Why would I want an England top when my son in law wants a Coventry top. So emailed back saying cancel order and refund money. So I now almost £100 out of pocket until get refund I hope. Christmas presents won't happen now especially as be too late to sort anywhere else as Christmas next week. They advertise quick delivery big web site etc. contact says Manchester so obviously think great delivery be fast as in England. Emails then come from China so no way quick delivery as stated & communication very limited as the staff obviously not sure what problems are. 24 hour plus each Email reply. Go on their site and can still order the tops and pay although they clearly out of stock where should say that. Take money when should not. Disgusted and upset and just hope get money back but does not help with Christmas presents. Scam.
