Banned for a small mistake, sketchy withdrawal terms

Not going to recommend this website to anyone when they'll ban you for a small mistake. In my case, I was banned from their website just because I used a VPN as told by the support. I got to know about this when I requested for withdrawal, they said we cannot approve your withdrawal, some suspicious activity was found on your account, VPN of USA was detected. I told them I had used VPN but not with intention to deceive them. It was just a small mistake for which I apologised too. I was using it for some stuff but had forgot to turn it off before logging into my account but as soon as became aware of it I immediately closed the VPN, hadn't done anything on the website in the meantime. Also their withdrawal terms is kinda sketchy, after getting paid for an offer it'll go on hold for a period of 7- 30 days depending on the points. They'll still won't let you withdraw giving random excuses. My ID : 65040b7633ed6d3f16bd0e3f65040b7633ed6d3f16bd0e3f

Edit: the offer I completed wasn't done on VPN. As I said earlier I turned off the VPN as soon as I became aware of it

Terrible support and they won't allow you to withdraw

Hello, I'm 16 and i love doing offers on gpt sites but this one.. gaintplay has terrible support as you can't even use livechat for help after they froze your account.. I want to verify my ID but they keep telling me to redo it, mind you I've done it 7 times with all the ID steps and requirements and you taking pictures on there site for your ID is the equivalence of a 20$ phone camera.. I emailed them with my ID info and my face holding the card yet I have no emails back and I also let them know that it gets blurry everytime you take a picture on there site yet I'm being ignored.. I would not recommend you to use this site if you want to withdraw your money..
