Horrible experience. Tried 2 small deposits on 2 seperate days and still never played one game on there. One on March 4th using my debit card and last night was eth deposit.. Customer service is an endless AI loop its ridiculous. They just keep repeating in an email that It takes twelve confirmations on the blockchain For your ethereum to go through and it instantly went through with over hundreds of confirmations yet my account still was not credited. I would suggest staying far away from them. I was looking for a new one to play at since hellomillions is holding my withdraw hostage, but this definitely ain't the one!

After 10 spins EVERY GAME abruptly stops and says error. It takes the money first and then tells you the game has error Lmao don’t bother reaching out to customer support. They told me they’re experiencing technical difficulties, IF they were having technical difficulties why not send out a email to USERS stating the website is experiencing technical difficulties ahead of time? But how could they chew you if they did that 🤣🤣 they’re so silly LOOL. They’re scamming. Watch out, there are casinos who perform scam in front of your face despite them stating they are fair blah blah. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY. This is my 3rd attempt, all 3 times were bad experience. I give good 3 chances before I make my assessment about these casinos. Have these people investigated.

I play on up to 20-30 sites and I have never experienced the prompt replies, the patience and the help the customer service has provided me since the time I discovered them a few months ago. Not quite sure about Gains yet. I've visited the site a few times, they have plenty of games and it's fairly easy to find your way around. My only thing is,of the few times I've played on Gains I've not won a dang thing! Different games, different bets from.20 on up to $2/ spin and absolutely nothing! No in game bonus spins, nothing! I went through $100 pretty fast! Usually my first time playing on a new site I'm fairly lucky, this time not so much. I dont usually do these reviews without being asked, but I want to recognize this company. I just redeemed for the second time today and it was in my venmo account within 10 minutes. The initial verification was a nightmare, but after that was done it's soooo easy and quick. I wish more platforms would be that quick. I will say not impressed that I went to redeem for the 3rd time and was told one a day. It should be an amount limit and not how many times a day. So will try again tomorrow. The 100% promotion, run it more often! That was great! Hope you take my feedback into consideration. Great job guys!

They hide behind two accounts and use that as an excuse to close a person's account or not pay when the person did nothing wrong that clause is BS I've had it happen to me it's a bunch of BS they hide behind whatever they want to do cuz I've already got your money they send you emails every day non-stop telling you something and when you do it it's completely different I think most of them are all of them should be shut down

Gains is garbage. I reported them to the BBB and they ignored it. They know they are in the wrong but don't wanna pay me what they owe. I have proof they admitted rule 6.9 didn't apply to my case but they do nothing to right their wrong. Gamble at a different site and you'll thank me for it.

I love this site. It has a couple quirks but all in all is a great social casino.
1.) 96% RTP on NoLimitCity, however only 94% on Hacksaw. 94% is disappointing but others available to me are even lower at 92%.
2.) Redemptions are instant, though with a small fee. I just increase my redemption amount to cover the fee.
3.) Verification took me maybe 5-10 minutes.
4.) They run promotions fairly often for bonus SC, I’ve had a couple late night specials offering a 40% bonus, but most promotions are 10-20%.
5.) Daily rewards are a little small in comparison to other sites I have played. I believe it’s 0.2 SC per day.
6.) My only issue is not having the ability to “full-screen” games. Other than that, the UI is great.

I was going to link a replay to a win on NoLimitCity’s “Golden Shower,” but I don’t believe TrustPilot allow links or images, but I did hit a 6300x on a 0.2 SC bet just doing base game spins with extra chance!

Seemingly absolutely terrible customer service, basically devoid. Says they are in beta mode but have been up for a long time? I deposited a crypto deposit and it never came through, sent a request to customer service and got no reply.

They closed my account and didn't pay me. I deposited 450 and won 6 thousand. I met all their conditions and they closed my account without a specific reason.
