I purchased a fruit scone with cream…

I purchased a fruit scone with cream and jam and a blueberry muffin to take away. The scone was really hard and very dry and hardly had any fruit and the clotted cream and jam was very runny. Also the muffin was hard with very few blueberries and was dry and indigestible. I was very disappointed with the quality and price. They were over £7.

I came to hackney Victoria road branch…

I came to hackney Victoria road branch , at the till I bought crackers and tea when I ordering I ask her in pot, I paid the fee ,She was making the tea in a takeaway cub with tea bag I told her I did want to tea in a pot she said no you didn’t and also she says it’s same tea ( I came to Gail’s to drink tea ):)) and she start to arguing me saying that ” I didn’t tell her in pot “bal bla and I ask her, twice tea in pot and I am paying then she keep still arguing with me and they intent to escalate the situation try to get involve other customers such as saying you making que people waiting etc she things she own the Gail’s or her father own the place ,her behavior it’s very offensive for someone came into ship want to drink tea and I ended up trowing the takeaway tea and leave the shops basically she server me and she gave me something I don’t want , and after short argument i asked her i am gonna pay wanna tea in pot she refuses and keep arguing and escalate to situation after all she accusing me my behaviour ! If i was a aggressive and offensive in today that branch would be worst because the thing i never understand that kind of behavior people who serving then accusing the customer even that “idiot “ customer willing to pay twice for bloody tea in pot , somebody need to tell her customer rights and after that I ended up to Greenwich branch to drink blooody tea in tea pot thanks ,

I raised an issue with the team and was told how fantastic their suppliers and staff were, my concerns were dismissed.

Suppliers come first, customers second.
