Staff Training - allergies are real

I placed an order and repeated my order twice to be sure the sales person understood as she seemed distracted. She gave me the wrong pastry and I had a reaction and realised and quickly took an antihestamine. I explained what happened to her, but I do not think she really understood and asked if I wanted something else. I felt completely ignored. Its important that you train your staff, some of us suffer allergies and are careful in what and where we eat.

Terrible Service at Gail’s on Bermondsey Street

Terrible terrible service at Gail’s on Bermondsey street. 2nd customer of the morning. Ordered sough dough toast to eat in. It took 22 mins to arrive. Staff barely acknowledged that i existed. There are so many other places to eat breakfast … don’t waste your money in Gails on Bermondsey Street.
