Never spend a buck in this company. My advice.

This game used to be good until they took it off on switch and now you can no longer play it I have it on the same email on my Xbox series x and it will not transfer my account I have messaged and did other stuff to try to get a hold of someone to help me out with this the only person I got a hold of was from somebody from Nintendo switch and they said this is the third party so they can't do anything about it I would never buy a game that's from gaijin again it is a horrible company and they will take your money with no complaints

war thunder casually ruining their game by not nerfing terminators and just letting it happen listen what people actually want not release planes that are actually pointless

The most corrupt load of money scrounging people on the face of the planet. Any game that has there name on it. Stay away from.

They steal your money - my god damn account is gone because some stupid moderator thought it'd be funny to permaban me over having a chinese name.

The racism radiating off this game is insane, they also broke my EU DCA court order multiple times. Can't wait for my lawyer to get this game over with.

Very poor customer service! I lost access to my account due to not using it in many years, contacted customer service to regain access, they were no use at all, asking ridiculous questions that made no sense at all, then just ended the conversation without achieving anything.

Will never use them again.

The game needs to fix its servers it sayd im having bad intetnet connection but my inter is fine so they need to make better servers

I reported a problem and was just playing ping pong with relentless technical requests over and over again.

It took me a while to try and understand and get information they asked for, only for them to ask for more - this went on and on - bug reports, screen shots, event logs, links to game replays, and they still did not even attempt to help me, it was like trying to do their job for them, their customer service is a total disgrace.

These supposedly technical help employees are anything but, they just keep asking for more and more info to the point it's beyond a normal persons ability to respond - shocking.

Just look at their Reviews, the games are good, the support and help is non existent once they have your money.

They do not care about players. Players for years, YEARS have been begging to add PvE, to shave down the painful grind, to allow players, to grind through PvE and many other things. I've played this game for less, than a week and i'm having enough. It's very hostile towards players and i'm hoping there will be a competition in following years, that will wipe Gaijin out of the map. Absolutely trash game studio. Not to mention, they basically force you to buy premium and premium bundles if you want to get somewhere. Wothout that, you're looking at at least 40 years of near daily grinding, to unlock all vehicles from all trees. It's madness

Gaijin simply doesn't care about its own players. There's been so many controversial around War Thunder, many long standing issues haven't been fixed or even considered. The dev has already "disconnected" to community and leave everything on their so called "Community Manager", which means anything they said on the forum doesn't mean it was saying by the dev.
This kind of work will not be tolerated and soon there will come the consequences.

Just so bad. No matter how much money you spend on Gijin they just can't can't get the most simple things right. PLEASE DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS terrible company. They can't even keep your gunner sights every update !!!

The games suck.Most pay to have fun and eventually win shit ever. Impossible to link accounts. Most greedy company ever all the games are free sloppy pay to win trash games.

just a cash grab company, each premium vehicle is over £60, for americans this is like $80, yes for a single vehicle, if you are unfortunate enough to buy british premium you have wasted that money because every other nations premiums are far better, and frankly the majority of them from all nations are trash. the only benefit to having a premium is it slightly boosts your research gains, however if you have a life and don't play the game 24/7 this makes no difference and you will be spending a month or more reasearching each vehicle, this isnt an exageration... on avg youll get 1000-2000 rp per game with the majority of vehicles being between 100,000 rp and 600,000 rp, not including modifications , if you only have time to play a few games per day, you do the maths, games taking anywhere between 20mins to 1hr oh and that 100 rp isnt even guaranteed there will be many missions you barely make 500rp. this doesnt even take into account silver lions some bs currency that is solely there to make your progression slower

As mentioned in several reports, the game has been crashing all the time, players have been disconnected from the game server, and the ping has been so high that the game has been crashing.

⚠️ And what about buying the pack and still having to wait more than 6 days to be able to level up and pass a level? That doesn't exist!
PASS PURCHASED AND HAVE TO WAIT TO GO TO THE LEVEL?

⚠️ Impossible to pass or reach the levels and be able to earn what was invested in Money since the game itself does not help with this and you still have to wait? 🤡

And as a tied sale, this becomes an unviable practice under the law.

And with these connection problems and not being able to log into the game, how can you level up like this and still have to wait?

Are you forcing the player to buy a level? How is that?

Unfortunately, the game is going from bad to worse! ⚠️

Their products are pure cash cows. War Thunder is data garbage, with expensive assets. Pay 2 win is everything, you cannot get good camo for tanks without paying real money. Greed is the root of all evil, and Gaijin is a perfect example for this truth.

Yea Gaijin sucks when it comes to P2W but honestly people coming here to complain that the game sucks just suck at the game themselves XD get gud
