Sad to see that even after telling that I need their turkey tail mushroom powder for medicinal purposes, they are saying that their product is pure and third party tested but when I ask for proof they send me a word document looking 1 page file that a 5 year old can ask chatgbt to put together and when I ask them to name the third party tester that made this ‘document’ they ignore me. Waste of time and completely untrustworthy company. If you need certain products seriously for their health benefits avoid shady companies like this.

I ordered palo santo through bank transfer, which I find very shady, as it was the only non-crypto payment form. They sent me a batch of fake palo santo wood, and I was never able to get refunded. I emailed several times with no response. no customer service. untrustworthy company.

At first was pretty sceptical about ordering stuff in the web, so i got here to Trustpilot, read a bit a web site gaiana.lv and become lil bit calm :) so i made an order.
Order came quite fast to east Europe, quality as described, so it is what i ordered, plus i got bonus sample of other product i could choose.
I am very satisfied with the service provided, thanks.

I've placed order on their website, paid with bitcoin (which is by itself shady), 2 days passed and there is no update on my order, no response via email (tried to use a couple of emails to reach them), so as far this company is a scam.

Update
They've replied to me and sent the tracking number, so this company is legit and good one.

Very kind support. I can not say much about the product itself as I don't have much experience, but they definetely care about their customers.

I ordered several times especially seeds. They are of good quality and no problems to germinate. This is not self-evident at all.
Unfortunately there is no longer Kratom available in the shop. It also was good quality for acceptable price.

I didnt received my parcel, but the seller was kind enough for a reship customer service is good, the only problem is DPD/chronopost.

Shop is 5 stars, but delivery in my country ( France is poor)

Before I found out about Gaiana I bought my Kratom at another shop. Instantly got a gastritis, probably because their product was contaminated, after that I thought I’ll never touch this product again. That was unless I ordered my first package from gaiana. Gaiana has the best prices, the best products and the fastest shipping. Gaiana showed me how life changing Kratom can be. It is affordable and I deal with almost no side effects because their products are clean. I already ordered like 4kg from there and was never disappointed. The only thing that I can critique is that I always thought that the free gift section was just advertisement but that was probably because I didn’t paid attention. Thanks to the other reviewer for mentioning it. And thank you gaiana! You saved my life!

Pretty quick shipping from the day I ordered to arrival (I'm residing in Denmark). I usually forget to rate regular purchase experiences, but this one stood out due to the company' frequent updates no where my order was in the process from order receival, processing, shipping (I think i got a total of 4-5 mails). Very Comforting. And the mass of the content was exact to the gram.

I have in general and for a long time enjoyed gaiana's services, and they have always been quick to deliver.

However, one month ago, I ordered an expensive package which hasnt seem to have gone anywhere.

There is no answer when I attempt to contact them, so this review is my attempt to somehow get a hold of them.
Perhaps they are unable to send, because of lockdown, but they should be able to answer their customers

I mean it's one of the cheapest options in EU but I don't care about that when the customer service is aweful and non existent. They seem to avoid resending my lost order and I'm a freaking regular ordering like once a month from them. Sketchy.. I would avoid for the time being..

I seen a review on her saying think twice, where my advice would be don’t think twice.

I am a repeat customer with gaiana! Only place in Europe I get my Kratom from, I have tried many vendors in Europe with good quality Kratom and insane prices and bad quality and better prices.

Nothing can compare with Gaiana’s quality and price range both are AAAAA+ . Shipping is the quickest I have found too, usually here in 2 days which is really good.

Last thing I’d like to mention is the customer service. I had a problem recently and contacted customer service and they dealt with it and replied within the same day. Quick, easy and friendly.

I have chronic fatigue syndrome, anxiety and mild depression (both diagnosed by a psychiatrist, not self-diagnosed) and kratom (+kanna + St. Johns wort, which I also order from them ) have given my life back. It's no longer a struggle just to get out of bed and go to work. I HAVE ENERGY AND VITALITY, and I forgot what that even feels like. Now, which is unbelievable to me, I actually have energy sometimes (I don't feel anything from caffeine just being uncomfortable, stressed, jittery, pulse elevated but no energy ) and sometimes I even like going to work, which is UNBELIEVABLE! I hated my job, now there are days when I like it. :D Haven't happened in 8 years, that's for sure So, thank you, and thank you mother nature for providing us with these fantastic healing herbs, they sure healed me. Red thai is by far my favourite kratom strain from them, prices are great, recommended.

Small issues with the company:
Sometimes they don't answer emails or if you have two questions or two issues just write separate emails, because the guy who reads the emails apparently gets confused if there is more than one thing in the email and only reacts/answers to one of them, this happens all the time, but it happens everywhere else too, common human error.

You can't use credit card on the website, you have to do a wire transfer, it's annoying, but I know it's not their fault, credit card companies don't deal with shops selling kratom.

They have this free gist for orders over €50 thing going on, so easy to miss it, so easy to not tick the box, I forgot to add my free gist at least two times already, they should make it more visible, make it pop more.

One more thing:
All these complainers/negative reviews writing about bad kratom batches, that it was disappointing after so many years of ordering to not feel anything from the last batch. IT's YOUR FAULT, YOU ARE AN ADDICT AND YOU HAVE DEVELOPED A TOLERANCE! It's not their fault, did you just think you can just take a shitton of kratom without a break, for years, without developing a tolerance? Damn people are so dumb, just disregard these dumb, complaining, freeloader junkies (they only complain to get free stuff I bet!), must be horrible to deal with them on a daily basis. Condolences to the guy dealing with them. :D

Also this guy who says they are a scam just below me, I've been ordering from them for years, they aren't, probably some competitor trying to slander them, weird.

Do not use this company . Customer service is nonexistent. Package missing and they refuse to communicate.

Very fast delivery, was expecting minimum a week, as it was out of country, but my product was delivered in 2 days. Very nice tracking interface and overall very good website. Product was as advertised, atleast mhrb.
