Sent off my phone after getting the best price offer. Was emailed as soon as they had received my phone, emailed a couple of days later to say it had passed all the testing and that payment had been made. I sent them my iPhone & forgot 2 turn of find my iPhone after them trying silly amounts of times with different passwords I had sent them they sorted it out I am very pleased with them & would defo use them again 😀👌🏼
They quoted more than all the other services and paid it.
The problem was they said they paid within 48 hours, after 10 days I emailed to ask where my payment was and they told me it had slipped off there system. If I had not emailed them I may never have been paid.
Not recommended. Quoted more than everyone else for iPhone 5s but after sending it to them they reported a non-existent fault with the headphone socket and knocked £20 off the quote. This then made it lower than most of the other quotes, and the headphone socket was not faulty, it worked fine. When I responded about this, they ignored my complaint and paid me the lower amount anyway. Felt like I had been conned.
I repeat : THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER WITH THE HEADPHONE SOCKET. IT WORKED PERFECTLY WELL.
When I said I did not want the phone returned to me I also repeated that I was unhappy with the lower quote and asked for the full amount AS THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH THE HEADPHONE SOCKET. This was what was ignored and I was just paid the lower amount anyway.

O2 wanted to give me £75 for my old phone after upgrading. I decided to web search for a better price. Gadgetpanda gave me a quote of £129.10. After 2 days of receiving my phone they wired the money straight into my bank account.
Only down side is that I had to pay for the post and packing for special delivery to cover my shipment which was £7.25.
If I didn't have to pay for the shipping, I would have given 5*.
Would defiantly recommend this company!

This is the second time I've used the company and once again I was pleased with the result. There was a hitch because I gave the wrong bank sort code, but they replied quickly to emails and after a short delay the cash was in my account. No quibble about the state of the iPod Touch and the payment was as expected.
I chose GadgetPanda as they offered one of highest prices of £50 and had good feedback reviews. I was extremely careful about following up packing up and postage instructions instructions, even though it cost over £7. My Galaxy S3 was immaculate (not even a scratch) as had been protected by cover and screen film so I was confident on it clearing inspection. It arrived the day after posting, GadgetPanda confirmed its receipt. Within a couple of days they then contacted me to say it was suffering screen burn and they were returning it free. It duly arrived within a week. I even followed up the email informing me of the problem and received a reply quickly. So the company has to score full marks for ease of web site and speedy customer interaction. However I am obviously disappointed that after paying out over £7 I end up having to face going through the process again. I had never heard of screen burn and did not realise my phone suffered from it, but could see it once it after I knew what to look for from internet research advice. I cannot fault GadgetPanda but feel when this is a known problem there should be advice on the web site that certain devices are prone to such problems and to warn customers not to send phones suffering from the issue. It would have meant I would have checked for the issue and avoided being out of pocket. All the mobile purchasing sites appear to require you to categorise your phone as working or broken (non-working). My phone is working perfectly, looks as new and was even sent in its original box. If I had been pre-warned I could have emailed the company to ask about working with screen burn to find out they do not take mobiles with this issue. I write this in case you have a device with this kind of display problem (affects other electronic devices apart from Samsung) so you can hopefully avoid it with a screen burn tool, or not be caught out when trying to sell your mobile.
I 'discovered' GP via a comparison site who provided prices to trade in mobile phones. Whilst they were the 2nd highest price (only just - they were about £4 cheaper), the reviews on the highest paying company left much to be desired. I checked their online reviews both here and elsewhere and felt confident it would be a smooth transaction. The reviews were spot on and within a week of originally sending off my item, I've been paid & am leaving this review.
The payment will be the main thing people will want to know about... GP received the item on Monday, and I received an email Wednesday lunchtime saying the payment had been made. Wishful thinking I admit, I checked my account and sure enough the money was there - amazingly quick! This is an incredibly fast turnaround when you consider they test the phones battery life for 24 hours too.
The only slight negative is that the sender has to pay for postage. There is an obvious trade off for this service - you'll receive less for the item. This is a small thing and given some basic searching on the Royal Mail website, you can easily calculate your net return. For me, this was greater than other competitors.
I'd be more than happy to recommend GP to anyone who wishes to trade in their device. An excellent, hassle free transaction - the perfect combination!
I've used a cash for phones place before and they were awful, took months of follow up before paying out. Gadget Panda not only had the most favourable rates I could find, but communication was excellent. There was a little glitch where after receiving my phone they didn't reply for a while. I emailed them expecting to be totally ignored but within hours they had contacted me back, apologised, and paid the full amount promised plus an extra £5 for keeping me waiting! They really were excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
First time of using gadget panda and would definitely use again in the future. They gave me the price quoted for my old iPad and the money was transferred into my bank account as promised within two days keeping me informed at all times. Overall a hassle free experience.

I hadn't heard of Gadget Panda and was a little apprehensive about selling my iPad to them. I needn't have been though as I sent the iPad to them last Monday morning and by Thursday evening the amount they promised was in my bank account. Kept me informed all the way. Can't fault them at all.
No problems with this company. They kept me informed at every stage of the process and the service was really quick. I received acknowledgement that they had received my mobile phone and the following day received confirmation that the money would be transferred into my bank account. Even after deducting the cost of posting the phone to gadget panda, this was still the best price I found online.

This is the 3rd time we have used Gadget Panda and each time the service has improved. We completed the order yesterday at 4.30pm and posted the gadgets using Special Delivery before the end of the business day. This morning we were notified that the gadgets had been received and by 5pm this afternoon the money was in our bank. Cannot fault them. I have used a couple of other companies, once recently when Gadget Panda were conducting maintenance on their website, but none of them provide the same service as Gadget Panda. Not only do they keep you informed, they are very quick to follow through on the order and give you the best price, especially for Apple products.

I have used GadgetPanda - GP, several times over some time. Each time it has always been a good experience. I ensure I comply with their terms and each time I have received what was quoted. It's all been positive for me though I have a negative. By the time I post my item to GP I spend too much due to the weight of the product (all Apple) and that eats into whatever they have quoted. But I will continue to use GP and have recommended them to family, friends and neighbours. Well done GP
