They scammed me out of a brand new iPhone 16. And got my PayPal account locked. They are scamming everyone. Don't use them. Complete crooks.

I lost almost 1000$ and a brand new iPhone 16 because of these scam artist. Nothing but crooks with a bunch of fake 5 star reviews. Do your self a favor if you don't want to get screwed. Don't use gadget gone or any of there other sister sites.

Super easy, I filled out the form online, received a quote instantly, I shipped the phones and within a few days I received an email stating that the condition of the phones matched what I filed out in the forms and that I would be getting the full amount offered in the quote. A few days later a check arrived in the mail! Very fast, very easy, no gimmicks or catches.

I want to share my unfortunate experience with this company. They stole my phone and sent me back a damaged device instead of returning my original. I have video evidence showing the condition of my phone before the theft and what they returned to me – it's a completely different phone. This is a major red flag, and I urge you not to trust them.

Despite my repeated requests to return my original device, they continually came up with excuses to delay. At one point, they even stopped responding altogether. I suspect this was a ploy to buy time while they attempted to alter my phone's IMEI number, which is illegal. I am now filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please be cautious and think twice before engaging with them!
