I adore the attention to detail in following book descriptions in creating the ring I purchased. Ability to choose between silver or gold plated was lovely as well. I did end up having my ring re-plated with gold after it arrived as it was a bit more of a yellow tone than I’d like, however it’s perfection now.

(I would totally buy solid gold if it was an option)

I ordered a Norigea from Kpop Demon Hunters and it's beautiful. Very nice and detailed work. I will definitely order the Norigea from Rumi as well.

The shipping/delivery was super long but the necklace is AMAZING, cute and glowing in the dark ! I’m so happy with it !

I was so hoping that this was good. My daughter loved it when she first received it but about the second week the color started fading off. It looks like I've ever bought it at a cheap store and it was so expensive and she loves this store. I guess I was one out of 1 million that had the battle luck and it sucks because she loved that bracelet so much and it was so expensive and something we had to save up a long time for I wish it was all what she expected.

This is my third piece of jewelry from them and it’s so beautiful and worth the wait and money. I’m in love with it, love this website and will be buying more!

its a scam, ordered a necklace for my wife at the start of the year, now its 6th pf april and no necklace, no communication, emails ignored.

I have never had an experience as bad as this. I cannot recommend this shop at all and if I wouldn’t have read the many good reviews here I would think this website was a scam.
My mom ordered a necklace, earrings, bracelet and tiara for me as a christmas gift. The order was delayed. Since it wasn’t gonna arrive in time for christmas we cancelled the order. They never responded. We cancelled through paypal. They refused to give back the money saying the package was sent out now. In january two parts arrived and ever since then nothing else has appeared but we were billed for all four products. They never responded to any e-mails. For something that’s a bit more pricey I would have expected a better support.

The jewelry is exactly how it is on site. Beautiful and authentic. Amazing quality. Many people asked where did I get it. I’m obsessed with bookish collections, especially the “Cruel prince” one. I love it❤️❤️

The Fireheart earring set came as "Starborn" instead and the wrong stud color (red instead of green), the rings were a different size - even when advertising the US sizing that I used when selecting rings in the first place, "objects in mirror are larger than they appear" situation, and one piece was just thrown in the box for shipping unwrapped

I ordered the 3 stack of ACOTAR rings. It’s taken 36 days to arrive and 1 of the rings was the wrong size and wouldn’t fit on my finger. I tried contacting GadgetForEntertainment twice to request the ring be exchanged for the correct size and they haven’t responded. I find this very disappointing that it took so long and is now incorrect. I am enjoying the other 2 rings in the stacker but the quality isn’t quite what I expected. The star ring is very narrow and weak, it is open at the back so the size can be adjusted.

The products are beautiful. I have ordered several times before and have found the items of good quality and great packaging. There was a slight delay on my recent order and minimal communication on its whereabouts. Previously when asking about the phone cases via DM, I received a reply that wasn't what I perceived to be the best responce to my question.
But the end products have always been beautiful, i'm glad there is a place for these fandoms to have good merchandise.

Terrible customer service. My autistic daughter has ordered over £100 worth of goods and one item is out of stock. She was offered an alternative or a refund and she chose a refund. This hasn’t been processed and the rest of the items haven’t shipped. Nobody is answering any emails.

Ordered in early October 2025, first parcel got lost which happens, second parcel finally arrives in January. This parcel is not at all what I ordered to which I complain and they send me the parcel again. However, having received no update for nearly 6 weeks, I contact them again asking where it is. This time they claim it’s already been delivered and I come to find out they in fact had not sent the parcel again. So hopefully this time they get it right, cause they don’t seem like the type to give a refund easily. I’d recommend maybe giving a year head start if you want to order a Christmas gift like I did. Definitely wouldn’t recommend at all.
