The site is a scam. No one returns you emails or calls.
The product is false and the bracelet fell into four sections after wearing it for only two days, the clasp is weak and made very badly. I have tried to get my money back but its proving to be a scam site. Do not use this site its a scam.

Ordering online was quick and easy. My parcel arrived from the UK quite quickly especially compared with some of the parcel delivery times in Australia! My SkyBaby arrived in perfect condition too. :)

Pushchair connectors
I sent for the connectors by next day delivery, when they didn't arrive in the morning I panicked as I was leaving the two days later for my holiday. I emailed Gadget Baby who replied almost immediately re-assuring me that the connectors were on the way but if they did not arrive within the next couple of hours to notify them and they would 'sort something out' for me.
The connectors arrived within an hour but I did feel that Gadget Baby would have definitely solved the problem somehow if the had not arrived. Excellent service.
I was using the connectors to transport my two dogs in their separate dog buggies, worked a treat!

Very helpful customer service
My original review was this "Found the same items for less elsewhere. Highly overpriced. Apart from that no complaints."
However Gadget Baby got in touch and recognised that the price of the items had now changed on their website and refunded me the difference.
Very impressed with the responsiveness and customer service provided.

Apologies for this, it appears Chillipeeps have recently adjusted their pricing. We always do our best to ensure the products we sell are at the recommended retail price or lower, on occasions our suppliers change their pricing and we aren't informed.
We will refund the difference for you now for both the teats you purchased, also we will be changing the pricing on our website to reflect that of Chillipees.
