Ordered a scope they got there money never received my scope they will not refund my money and will not reply to my email or phone messages they are a big Scam and they no it so please stay clear if them they are in China

I too, foolishly, bought a voice recorder from GadgetAMP. I have made several attempts to contact them to ask for a return…..to no avail. Evri the delivery people, do not recognise them when I key in their name on the returns document so am unable to return through Evri. This is obviously a scam, for which I have fallen! Please do not use them.
I am just about to report them to Trading Standards.

I foolishly bought a pair of headphones in a headband for listening to my audiobooks from this dreadful company. They worked well for about 4 weeks. To be clear, I only ever used them in my bed, never for sport where they might be affected by perspiration or moisture. Then one day, silence! They appear to connect to bluetooth, but no sound at all.
I contacted the company, by email and they asked me to send them photos and videos showing the fault. I did this, and their reply was to allow me to keep the product and an offer of a 15% discount on a new pair. I argued the point repeatedly, asking to be escalated to management, but each time, the auto reply would assure me of a resolution of my problem and good service, then a pathetic offer. To date their best offer is a 30% discount if I buy a new one, and an explanation that they won't replace after three months. (I moved house during this process, so this has dragged out).
At one point they did offer a refund if I posted the item back to China, but I don't trust them to actually pay the refund and I don't want to outlay postage when I don't trust them. Just a disgusting rip off!

I unfortunately got sucked in by this scam business too advertising a top quality sleep headband. What I received was a cheap, knock off that is nothing like what was advertised.
Stay well clear of this website.

This company are a bunch of thieves and scammers DO NOT USE. They take your money supply goods which are rubbish and they refuse to refund the cost. I bought a dash cam in August 2022 which was inoperable, after much discussion I managed eventually to return the item in accordance with their instructions to a scottish address and I have yet to receive a refund.
The address in London which they publish on the web site is also bogus - it is simply a mailing address. The date of experience was August 2022. But I love giving these scammers lousy reviews it makes me feel a little better

This company should be shut down. They sell inferior Chinese products and do not honor their refund policy. I was sold a car heater that doesn’t put out heat. They said send us a video. Oh you can see heat ? You do realize heat doesn’t really show up red like it does for ads! lol Anyway not spending my money to return something that’s trash - and that’s where this is going straight into the trash. What a disappointment for the person it was gifted to and an embarrassment to be allowing myself to be scammed.

Item was faulty when received, after numerous emails with video evidence as requested they want me to pay more to get another one. I regret ever dealing with this company and would avoid completely. Customer service is terrible

Bought a monocular from this lot when it eventually arrived what a load of junk could hardly make out back off garden and I don’t have a big garden no zoom no clarity.Bought one from Amazon for a couple of pounds more what a bloody difference pure quality keep away

It’s a zero a big fat 0 star for me. They don’t honor anything they sell and it’s all junk. They will not refund the money they owe to you. They want you to send the product back to china and your own cost. Total and complete scam. Do not buy

Do not buy from this company! Ordered heated socks based on clearly fake reviews. Cancelled within half an hour as per guidelines, only to be told couldn't be cancelled. When product arrived was cheap rubbish that didn't work. Contacted them numerous times trying to return but was fobbed off with offers of 10% discount. Eventually got 25% and gave up. Complete scam company.

I still haven’t received my order it seems to be doing a tour of the uk sorting office. I ordered a real live horse from them I mean they struggled to get one but they did the only issue was boxing the damn thing so I suggested that they break all its legs and it will slide in to the box all sealed nicely with holes so it can breath ok
But Nooooo it only goes and dies on me so I want a refund as it was their fault still chasing I’ve asked for another horse for the same as they’re far cheaper in china but no response when they find me a horse and I receive it alive I will update here. Can I also add no animals were hurt in the writing of this process well if you don’t include the leg breaking then yes it stands

I bought a pair of headphones that were so bad I threw them in the bin. NO RETURNS POLICY. YOU WILL NOT GET A FULL REFUND.

This company sent me a faulty 3D pen and are refusing to give me a refund. They are scammers, please do not buy from this company.

Save your money! I received my order in good time BUT item did not work. When I reached out to return for a refund I was offered a discount to keep it. As it didn't work a discount was not going to resolve the issue. They finally agreed to a full refund if I returned it to China, at my expense.

My purchase was a breathalyser supposedly of professional standard which I paid just over £41 for. What arrived was a cheap, inferior item with no English text on either the box or leaflet, just Chinese. The results are so inaccurate they are laughable.
I have been offered a series of percentage refunds and am told I can keep the product to, quote ' give to charity or a friend' - I wouldn't give it to an enemy! I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards - in the meantime, I will continue my battle for a refund. I wish I'd read Trustpilot reviews before my purchase.

Stay away from this company.
Quick enough to take your money not so quick to return it. Sent me the wrong size product. Have no return policy. They offered me loads of rubbish offers like keep the item for half price etc etc. all I wanted was my money back and their product returned. They wanted me to pay the return postage or I wouldn’t get my refund !! Luckily for me I used PayPal and they came to my rescue and arranged a full refund. Now that’s a proper way to run a business.
So please, please, please stay well away from this scam company you will regret it if you don’t

Finally got a full refund!! For everyone else out there struggling to get your money back for faulty products, don’t give up! I have sent over 40 emails, rejected every nonsense offer from them, reported to Trading Standards and they have finally given in, it’s worth persevering if they owe you money!

Fraud, the item I ordered does not fit the description, I plan to return it. I looks, feels, like a child's toy.

Dash cam failed within 6 months of purchase. Company not interested in honouring 1 year manufacturer warranty, offered me 25% discount to spend more money with them, joke.

Don't touch these people with a bargepole! 😢 Shocking service! Ordered nearly a week ago and received a message to say dispatched? Evri still haven't received the parcel? I don't know if this is down to Evri or the sender? No confidence in the sender due to replies I'm getting? 🤬
