Absolutely love the dresses!

They offered me $7 and said keep the dress. I am still in negotiations with them to refund this awkwardly made dress. Next I’ll go to PayPal for a full refund.

I appreciated that the dresses were exactly as shown on the website (very pretty). Loved the designs & good quality of the dress fabrics. The order tracking email was not functional, but glad the dresses arrived in a timely manner.

BUYER BEWARE OF MISLEADING RETURN POLICY:
I ordered quite a few dresses in different sizes looking for the perfect one for as a wedding guest. The website stated you have 30 days for returns. When I went to return the dresses that did not fit properly, I got quite the surprise. You cannot make returns unless there is something wrong with the material. I have tried to contact them numerous times and have never received an answer back. This is probably the worst customer service that I have encountered in years. I’m now out close to $300 .

I ordered 2 sweaters on December 10, 2024 for a total of $100, today is April 18, 2025 and I still have not received the sweaters. I emailed on 1/4/25 when I received an email that my package had shipped, however the tracking info said they did not have possession of the package, which I shared with Gabrinl. I was told it was still in transit on the way to the carrier's warehouse. I continued to follow up and email weekly, being told each time to wait one more week. On 4/10/25 I emailed to let them know I still had not received my package and was told there was nothing they could do for me, that I needed to request a refund within 30 days. This company is a scam, don't do business with them. I cannot review the quality of the merchandise because I never received anything for my $100. Here was their last response:
Dear customer:

NO, you contact us too late. we only accept return  or track order within 30 days, your order is over 4 months, it's overdue, we can't do anything for your order now.

Anything we can do for you, Please feel free to contact us

Beautiful dress didn’t have to wait too long for it to arrive

Very poor customer service. Offered $14 then $25 for items I wanted to return. They said otherwise I would have to mail them back to Dubai. The clothing is all polyester and probably made in China. Buyer beware!

Loved all my dresses that I ordered. Fit perfectly and size was exactly what I wear.

If I could give the company 0 stars I would. I ordered several items for over $150. They didn’t fit and when I asked for return info they offered me $8 and told me I could keep the garments. I told them I didn’t want the garments I wanted to return them for a refund. After much back and forth they offered me $75 or I would have to pay shipping to Dubai to get a full refund even though their website says free returns. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company and they were able to get a full refund. I will never order from them again.

It took a while for my order. But the dresses are extremely comfortable

If I could give this company half of a star I would. I ordered three dresses. I tried to return them. He offered me five dollars to keep them. The total order cost me $95. The next morning I woke up to a nine dollar offer. I told him that I was gonna report him to the Better Business Bureau. He then told me that I would have to ship them back to Dubai at my own cost.. I looked at the shipping bag it came in. They were from New York one was from California. I would be buyer beware not to mention the fact that the dresses look nothing like the ones I ordered this company is terrible.

Love the two dresses I received. They are cute, and they are comfortable. I get lots of compliments when I wear them.

This company is a joke. Took over a month to get 2 of the dresses I ordered and only after I threatened to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. One of the dresses didn’t ship and again only got a refund after stating they had one week to refund the money or I would contact my credit card company. The dresses I received were not made correctly and the quality was horrible. Do not buy from them.

I ordered two dresses and was fairly skeptical at what I would receive, but they showed up within a couple of weeks. The material and the dresses were amazing and I plan on ordering more.
