I paid and I received a wrong serial. I wrote them countless times and they didn't bother to answer me.I did not recover my money.

Key worked perfectly, I had to get one becuase I reset my computer without making sure my key was attached to my account. Fast service and reliable!

Scam site, key didn’t work and they did not reply to email

To start things off i do believe many of the reviews on here are bots but i can guarantee to you that i am not a bot.I want to give 5 stars but i cant since the first key i got didnt work and i had to go through a lengthy process to get another one so i take 2 stars for that but i give one back for the quality of the support and how quickly they responded

Bought a Windows 10 product key. The key didn’t work and Customer Service won’t respond to my emails. The product page had hundreds of great reviews. Starting to believe they are fake.

Please do not buy from here it's a scam and all of these reviews and the reviews on their actual site are a scam.

I trusted these reviews and I shouldn't have.

I have been contacting them for weeks now because their product keys don't work and they haven't even responded once.

Fake reviews, scamsite!

I bought 2 Win10 keys in 2017, but didn't have the $$ to build new PCs at that time. I just built one this Christmas (2019) for my son and neither key worked. It's my understanding some business or whatever buy a license key (MSDN) for like 50 PCs and only use 30 or so, then can sell the remaining PCs to a reseller. It's one key, but for the remaining PCs. That could have been what happened. Someone used mine since 2017. So I was out 2 keys. I emailed them at info-at-g2deal.com and all they wanted was screenshots of the Windows Activation window and the error that was there. I gave them that and they sent me 2 new keys that day. I could have used those keys on other PCs in the 2 years I had them, yet they sent me new ones. Maybe they can check somehow, I don't know. But they are A+ in my books. My son is happy now too. :-D

I bought Office 2016 and the code does not even work. Worst experience ever.

Something have happended, they no longer deliver the ordered item. Now they just take your money and ignores your mails :(

Purchase in September 2019 worked, purchase in December 2019 went unanswered, but credit card still charged. Needed to dispute charge.

They used to be good, but now none of the keys is working and no support.

dont trust this site i ordered a windows 10 key and oicked insta dilevry and i havent gotten anything and when i try to get a refund or write to their support mail it errors

Bad, Fake product key, Can not be refunded. And no response from customer service...This is really odd. How could this kind of website can work for such a long time?

Great experience. Bought a key, had a bit of trouble with it but got instant support for it, they were very helpful and i was able to work out the issues within an hour.

Unable to activate purchased office 2019 plus and windows 10, still no response from customer support

Don't waste your money. Paid for a office 2019 license key, used it for a few days, then Microsoft blocked it, and now my office does not work, and g2deal.com will not respond.

Received invalid Windows 10 key that I cannot use.
Ignored completely by the support.
Don't bother with this scamy site.

Keep in mind that they are deleting negative reviews from their website.

The whole process , right form placing the order, dispatch of the product key to the successful activation of my Windows OS happened without any hitch. I am glad. Only concern is I did not receive a receipt for the payment done
