The company sold me Fake Joycons for Nintentdo Switch.

Offered 40% discount after delivery. And refuse to send originals as the order and the picutures state.

I do not want refund I want them to fulfill my order with originals like they sold me at the offered price. The operation is illegal and I will report to ARN as well.

This company sells fake products in literally the most ridiculous state…

The company is supposed to be in Sweden but the products are shipped from China!

In this case, order a full box of Labubu toys and what they sent me is a disgrace, they are the most fake thing I have ever seen.

In fact, right now I'm reporting them directly to PopMart..

Even worse, it is not possible to contact this company to complain because the phone is not working and the social media doesn’t allow messages..

So for whoever sees this message, do yourself a favor and don't buy from this website, it's a real scam.

They literally allow to sell a counterfeit product! I should receive full refund together with my shipping fee, and the product should be omitted from the website, it is a shame!

I ordered the Product which i didnt like and that resultet in me wanting to return it. I then tried contacting Fyndiq and didnt get any response on how i could return it egen though i had more than enough time to return it i find it very annoying.

You buy an original product according to the description, but they send you a Chinese fake.
Platform support will not help you, you will not return the product.
Avoid this store.

If give 0 stars if possible. Sure you can say that Fyndiq is just a middleman and have little control over fake products or whatever. But I tried to return a product. I opened a case and a few hours later I get a message that says your case is closed!!! So not only do they allow a platform for the sale of counterfeit products, with little to no quality control, but also they are violating EU laws by not allowing for returns. Just forget this company. Whatever ”deal” you think you’re getting it’s not worth it.

Realy bad dont bay anything..they dont have produkt...than 4-5days for deliveru become 2 month to vait arrive from kina

Don't bother with this company. They don't take responsibility for the mistakes they make, I am still waiting to be refunded.

No one specific person handles a case a bunch of different people and none of them bother to get to know the facts before they swnd you on a rund around and some back and forth b.s. emails. I am so mad at this company

They even sent me a link to rate then and as soon as i reated them negatively they told me they wont eb posting my review. They keep closing the requests I make to get help from them. I am just furious with them.

Oh another thing know that you'll be paying for the shipping if you decide to return something back to them.

I certainly would not recommend them at all. Go to Temo, Aliexpress or Shein one of those would certainly have what you need and there is no hassle with them.

We have ordered the Paw Patrol Tower on the 20th of December for my 4 year old son. Actually, i have read the reviews, and i knew that the products are not original. But my son wanted exactly that Tower. It was mentioned, that the order will be delivered +- 17th of January, but it was delivered on the 09th of January. Everything is good and my son is very happy

I was ordering nail gel and 2 cuticule oils. Paid for everything and package came with just one product. I wrote e-mail, no respond. I tried to call to custumer service, imposible, couse no one is answer the phone. Impossible to get money back, impossible to reach out. Not nice to steal from people!

My husband order the kichen timer and blood sugar meter from fyndig and they fail....Please do not buy anything from them I pay 189 kr for digital timer for Kitchen and it's never arrived, plus I order blood sugar meter but there is no meter inside.

We ordered a National Geographic mineral advent calendar. What we got was some cheap copy not worth the money. We got a reply that we got what we ordered. Well National Geographic is not the same as DowMoo, not even close. Fyndiq is a go between for unscrupulous sellers that pawn off cheap garbage.

I would like to report Fyndiq as a Swedish platform for a scam shop. I had received a product that was not the product (NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC Ædelstens Adventskalender - 2024 Adventskalender til Børn med 24 Ædelstene) I ordered. I had sent the photos of the scam product three times and they kept claiming that they had not received them. I ordered the product on Oct. 26, 2024 and received the scam product on Nov. 11, 2024. The answers I received were all from a robot that kept on repeating the same answer that they had not received the photos. It was impossible that they had not received the photos as I could open the photos in the mails I sent by clicking on them. It repeated that they had not received the photos again today (Nov. 19, 2024) so I had to report them. I regret not reading Trustpilot before I ordered or using PayPal to pay so I could get my money back.

Order 2 booster boxes of Chilling Reign. Got no update during transitt. It did not come during the estimated dates. When it arrived, i was excited, however it turned badly as all the cards were fake. Nothing was real, even the booster box wasn’t even real. I do not recommend buying from this website. I would have liked to share photos of the cards being fake but there’s no option to add photos here sadly.

I’ve already sent them an email for a refund of these false products. Hoping an answer soon. If not then i’ve lost $80-$100 ish :(.

So I ordered a PS5 control and instead got a PS4 control that looks like the real deal. It is not. My PS5 recognises it as a DualShock not a DualSense. Hence, it does not work. Now when I am trying to get my money back for this false product I am offered 60% of its worth or I need to pay a "high shipping cost" to return it.

Are you F-ing kidding me?!?!?! Never again.

Bougt a PS5 controller, it looks and feels like one, but the insides are a PS4 controller. Unusable and very professional fake.

Asked the company to refund the whole amount, in case of a refund I am willing to send back the controller, but since it is fake I will probably go to the police instead and leave it there and watch what happens.

They are deceiving their customers. I ordered a Braun shaver, and the description on their website clearly states it's Braun, with nothing appearing misleading. However, they sent me a product that looks identical but is actually a Chinese knockoff!
