Sorry to hear that and I can see that we have started a refund for you late last week since you were in contact with us via Facebook.
Most of the time it's not a problem with the stock when an item is not delivered, it's more common that the shipping company has lost the parcel, it could not be delivered by them and it was returned to the sender due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you order an item where the stock balance is wrong, you will always receive an Email from us where we explain that the item was out of stock when the order was going to be packed and shipped.

Horrible Quality Products
Money wasted down the drain. Bought a product that came with absolutely TERRIBLE instructions. Quality was horrible as well and does not match the pictures. Even worse is i can't even leave a review on their website for that product.

You can always find the information about the last delivery date for each product in the order confirmation Email that is sent to you a few minutes after the order has been placed.
