Fast and reliable service
Have been ordering from Fylde for 5 months now. They are competitively priced for my medication and the order is always processed quickly and without fuss. I choose delivery with DPD because they give me a specified time that gives me options if I’m not going to be in. The medication is well packaged and arrives packed with ice and wool packs to keep it at temperature. Re-ordering is quick and easy.

Wrong item was sent twice
Wrong item was sent. Order was easy to make. They sent medicated version of patches, when I ordered non-medicated. I then emailed about this error. It was dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner. The correct item was promised. Unfortunately the replacement was exactly the same item. After phoning, I agreed to return the items and refund was issued. The 2 stars are for the polite and friendly person I spoke to. Otherwise it would have been 1 star.

Update - instant Comms and phonecalls after Trust pilot Review. Fylde went above and beyond and got the package to me very quickly, within a few days. Very good Comms and explanation for delays and raising a complaint on my behalf.
Appreciate it's not directly their fault but it is their provider so grateful for them taking this one. Would still highly recommend.

We completely understand how concerning and frustrating this must be, particularly as this is a prescription medication and you are now overdue for your next dose.
Having an injection pen missing from a sealed manufacturer's box is an extremely unusual occurrence, and we take reports of this nature very seriously. All of our medications are supplied to us directly by the manufacturer in sealed, tamper-evident packaging. We dispatch the medication exactly as we receive it and do not open or alter the manufacturer's sealed boxes before sending them to our patients.
From the information you have provided, it appears that you received the medication in its original sealed packaging and that the box was opened after delivery. As such, this appears to be a potential manufacturing issue rather than something that could have occurred during dispatch. We have been raised this matter with the manufacturer as a matter of urgency, as it is a very serious concern that requires a full investigation.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We appreciate you informing us of the issue, and we will raise it with the manufacturer so that they can carry out a full investigation into what appears to be a very unusual incident.

In a wild west of uncontrolled supply, not everyone is a cowboy..
As a doctor with experience of treating eating disorders and addiction at specialist level , I am unhappy that medications like these can be bought online by anyone who only has to lie on a questionnaire.
I chose Fylde clinic after looking at many online sites because they seem to operate at a higher ethical level both in screening and then carefully checking medical history. Personal phone call from a real pharmacist to clarify a potential contraindication in my GP records.
The observation that they are also one of the cheaper suppliers is an extra bonus !
Medication arrived on time and well packed.
