Do not order from this company - they advertise products they cannot make. I am now stuck with a sweatshirt that cost 65$ that my daughter won’t even wear. I wish I could upload the pictures to show the comparison - just take my word for it and save your money as they don’t give refunds either.

Loved the 5 panel St. Michael pic. Exceptional customer service. After receiving it without the wording I requested, Chloe expedited a replacement and it arrived quickly before Christmas. The picture was excellent and the customer service exudes confidence in dealing with them. I'm ordering another picture, Marine Iwo Jima 5 panel.

Blanket different than shown
Customer service has been good so far. Product was shipped timely. Fleece blanket we ordered does not look like picture. Picture shows full grey color on in front. Received a blanket with a big white border on front. Not at all the look we wanted. Would like info on return and refund please. Thank you.

Easy to work with but did not receive customization.
FYIplanet was very easy to work with and I received my canvas timely. I was contacted timely regarding my wishes for my customization, however, when my canvas arrived, there is no customization. That is the only negative and it is disappointing. Everything else was a positive experience.

It took my order 15 days to arrive in Salt Lake City, which I thought was pretty reasonable, given the long distances and customized product. The quality appears to be top notch.
