Absolute liars. Their return policy states clearly that if the item doesn’t match the description, a full refund will be issued and return shipping will be provided. I have been battling with the last one month and they offered 70% refund to keep the item or return the item at my expense for a misrepresented product nor it hold any value to me as it is complete junk and unusable. Never buy from these guys. Such a waste of time and money. They do not value their customer

I bought a shirt that was advertised as cotton linen blend. It was 95%polyester. They apologized and offered a discount. The next shirt was also poly/cotton. They are flat out liars. don't trust them

I would not recommend buying from this company. The shirt I ordered did not fit. Their return policy is ridiculous. Must pay to ship back to China.

Did not receive order. They said is was delivered, and requested signature and from delivery people.

Then sent me a photo of a non-descripted door, and another photo of a guy from the neck down and a hand giving the guy a package. No address, no signature.

The real problem with the photo was the package appear flat with one shirt only. I ordered 7 shirts!

The photo was total BS..

If I could give negative stars I would. Bought a shirt for my husband of November around the 11th I guess still have not received the shirt or my refund. I went through PayPal and opened a claim but so far I have had no result. 1st the company said my address was undeliverable and I should check with my neighbors and my post office which I did. I also let them know I checked . Then they said that the package was returned and destroyed? What? The company kept emailing me asking me to cancel the PayPal complaint and they will send me the shirt. I told them I will not do that until I receive the shirt or my refund. Very very sorry customer service. Not happy with PayPal either. Ordinarily I would have seen the reviews first, but because I was going through PayPal it gave me a false sense of confidence.

Alert! This is a scam website! If I could rate it a negative 10, I would. I ordered 6 shirts and they gave me a fake shipping tracking number for 2 shirts. They never left China (yes China!). It has been 3 months and no new information on the tracking and the other 4 shirts seemed to have vanished. My card was charged immediately and there is no response from this company. Do not order from this company, the best way to shut them down is to pass the word and make sure they will never receive another order.

Absolute Joke! I paid for over night deliver and five days later after two days of trying to get a response from them they advise they never shipped and it will not arrive for 1-5 days which was what they said for free delivery. Theyre response was "sorry your delivery expectations did not "align" with our time schedule". Ok then refund my money. But no response.

I ordered a shirt for my nephew’s birthday. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks I wrote and was told it was out off stock, but on it’s way. It never arrived.

DO NOT BUY from FYDUDE. They lead you to believe the items are shipped in the US and when you have to return they tell you to send it and pay the costs to China. Terrible customer service. They shipped me two items of the same thing and they said I did it and they want me to pay to ship it back. NOWHERE on their site does it say items to be shipped back to China. They are a scam.

I purchased several shirts and shorts for an upcoming trip. The quality was terrible. When I tried to return they wanted to provide me with a small credit compared to what I purchased and allow me to keep the clothes. I asked to return the clothing per their return policy for full credit. I paid $47.70 to ship to Guangdong Providence China. 6 monthes later I received the package returned to sender. I mailed it to the correct address, attention to the proper individual and included a contact phone number. They are now not responding to my emails.

It was a terrible experience and a total waste of over $250. I do not recommend purchasing from this company for any reason.

Literally no idea how anyone could give this site over 1 star. Ordered a cotton/corduroy shirt that was practically see-through. Site claims free returns for inferior quality however they get around this by claiming they stated the shirt was lightweight and therefore the quality is “as stated.” Tell me when a cotton/corduroy shirt should ever be see-through. They refused to give 100% refund unless I sent the shirt back to them, at the tune of $35 shipping fee. OR I could keep it and get a “30% refund” which I opted for, only to find out it was actually only a 21.6% refund. They are liars and scammers, absolutely absolutely do NOT waste your money on what they’re selling.

If I could rate this review a "0" I would. Somehow my address was incomplete on my order and the shirt went back and was "destroyed." They made no effort to contact us for correct address. They had our e-mail address. They kept our money.

I ordered shirt. I received a notice of delivery from Fydude and USPS. I checked mailbox for three days. The parcel was either stolen or miss delivered. I did not receive parcel but received notice of delivery. I would have liked to receive my ordered purchase but did not. I would have liked to see if it fit me? Be warned this company only wants your money. Service not so much. The USPS is not infallible. They messed up and then Fydude swore by the lie. Both USPS and Fydude use the computer verification to eliminate liability and responsibility. Where’s my money or my parcel? You must be right you have a delivery verification from the USPS. I was a letter carrier for over 32 years, nothing ever went wrong. All parcels and mail got to the intended recipients. Both USPS and Fydude stick by their lies. Buyers beware!

I ordered a couple of Hawaiian-type shirts for a birthday present. 5 days after ordering, I received email from Fydude that one of the shirts was on backorder and asking if I wanted to wait to have both shirts shipped.
I replied that I had no use for the shirts if they couldn't be shipped in the promised fulfillment time of 1 to 5 days, and that they needed to refund.
Fydude promptly refunded the full purchase price and shipping cost. This all happened within 10 days of the day I ordered.
So, I was very happy that they do not appear to be as shady as so many reviews warn. Maybe they are trying to improve and mostly the negative experiences bother to review here.

Ordered for attending a wedding. Normally order a 2X which was way too small. Fabric is 30% Cotton / 70% Viscose. Viscose is a semi-synthetic raw material - Viscose is made from cellulose, a natural raw material found in wood. Fabric was lightweight but it was not linen. Return policy is 7 days with approval first. Customer pays for shipping. I waited too late. I would have returned for a larger size if available.

I bought a shirt that said it was 100 percent linen and cotton but it was half polyester, and from the feel of it i would say it is all or mostly polyester.

The worst experience ever in buying in buying online! The pictures and description of products ( shirts) show very beautiful and good quality shirts but this is far from reality. You get cheap looking, synthetic product instead of natural linen blend as they claim it to be. The second is the service. I payed for premium delivery but my order was not moving anywhere during more than a week and when I wrote to the customer service of fydude, they sent the order in couple of days after. I got the order with big delay and that was supposed to be a gift for Father’s Day to my husband. I saw that the shirts are far from the quality I expected based on description on the site and I wanted to return them and get my money back but this is a huge problem there. They didn’t want to do return but suggested me small discount then bigger discount if I keep the goods. I didn’t need that bad quality shirts and wanted money back . The dialogue was many days slowly moving and exosting and I didn’t get my money back even though they promised me that the transaction went through and I will get my money back.
I was left with the ordered shirts which noone needs because they even didn’t fit my husband at all.

Order took weeks to arrive and once it did, the shirt didn't look like the picture online. The shirt was similar, but the colors looked different. The online pic had brown button while the shirt I received had white buttons.
