Totally unreliable !!!
I called about the clogged sinks. We agreed that they would come at lunchtime the next day. They didn't arrive. When I called again and asked: why they weren't there, he hung up. When I called again from another phone and started to speak, he hung up again. He doesn't know me and I don't know him to hang up on my call-why???. They responded to me on another review site- that I had the wrong attitude because I ask them " why aren't you here" ( as we agreed and I was waiting) so they decided not to take the job. But this is a lie! they just cut the line and did not say anything about refusing the job or anything they don,t like. They drop the line, not arrived at the agreed time and did not keep promises. This business is a joke or a scam. Avoid like the plague!!!

This customer was aggressive on the telephone and no amount of gentle conversation dissipated this. Therefore we elected not to work with her. She kept calling and making demands and so we stopped answering the phone to her.
