FxLiveCapital WITHDRAWAL PROBLEM
FxLiveCapital canceled my withdrawal request citing “jurisdictional restrictions” related to my country. However, they had already approved my KYC three months earlier, so they clearly knew my country of residence at the time of registration.
At the beginning, I even lost a $100 account and failed a $45 challenge, and there were no issues at all. But when it was finally time for my first withdrawal — after about 2.5 months of trading and generating around $8,500 in profit — and then I want to do a withdraw for $8,000 they cancel the withdraw due to this jurisdictional issue.
They returned only my initial deposit $775 but withheld my profits. Shortly after, I opened a support ticket on their website asking to speak with an agent live, and my account was then completely disabled. I can no longer log in.
I am aware that some traders claim they have not had withdrawal issues with FxLiveCapital, so I cannot definitively label the company as a scam. However, based on my personal experience, my withdrawal was denied and my account was closed immediately after requesting support, which is highly concerning.
Because of this experience, I cannot give a better rating.
I hope FxLiveCapital will review this situation and provide a fair resolution.

However, your explanation does not address the core issue. My KYC was fully approved, and I was allowed to trade for over two months without any restrictions or warnings. This clearly indicates that I was considered eligible to use your services during that time.
It is not reasonable or fair to invalidate all trading activity only at the moment of withdrawal, especially when the issue is due to your internal compliance oversight and not any action on my side. I acted in good faith at all times.
The profits were legitimately generated under conditions that your platform allowed, and therefore withholding them cannot be considered a “neutral administrative resolution.”
I respectfully reiterate my request for the full payout of my profits.

In your case, the action taken was not related to your trading performance or to the fact that you had requested a withdrawal after generating profits. The account was closed following an internal compliance and jurisdictional review which determined that the services linked to that account should not have been made available under the applicable jurisdictional conditions.
When this type of situation is identified, we are required to resolve it from a compliance perspective, not from a trading-result perspective. For that reason, the account was restricted, the trading activity on the account could not be recognized for settlement purposes, and the deposited amount was returned in full. This approach was applied as a neutral administrative resolution and not as a discretionary decision based on the outcome of your trading.
We also wish to clarify that KYC verification and jurisdictional eligibility are not always the same process. A completed verification check does not prevent a later compliance review where additional restrictions, servicing limitations, or jurisdictional considerations may require the account to be discontinued.
Regarding account access, once an account is placed under compliance restriction and closure, access may also be limited as part of the operational offboarding process. This should not be interpreted as retaliation or an attempt to avoid communication, but rather as part of the formal closure procedure.
We fully understand that this outcome may be disappointing. However, compliance-related decisions are necessary to ensure that services are provided only where they can be offered in accordance with applicable requirements and internal controls. In this case, the deposited funds were refunded in full in order to unwind the account as fairly as possible.
We remain committed to acting responsibly, consistently, and in line with our compliance obligations.

Problems with withdrawal
When I set up an account and used a demo account and later a smaller live account, everything was good. I made no withdrawals at that time. Later I deposited a larger sum of bitcoin and lost access to my funds because the FXLiveCapital wallet's address was changed at the exact time when I was making my deposit, due to an upgrade of the crypto payment system. It took 13 days to receive the recovered funds into my wallet. Of course, because of lost trust, I decided to withdraw everything. Carefully, I first withdrew 10$, then half of all the funds, which was both done in a few hours. Then I tried withdrawing the other half of the funds and the withdrawal has been pending for 8 days now. It is a lot of money that I have lost access to through no fault of my own. Support told me they escalated the case 7 days ago and I should just wait for a confirmation, with no explanation.
Otherwise, the platform is ok, looks good and I don't believe this is a scam company. But, based on both of these experiences, I cannot give a better review.

Why the last withdrawal was placed on hold
Your final request triggered an automatic compliance/security verification. This happens when a withdrawal is considered high-risk or unusual compared to the account’s recent activity (for example: a large amount withdrawn quickly after deposit, limited trading activity, or a pattern that requires additional verification).
This is a standard safeguard used across regulated financial services to protect clients from unauthorized access, account takeovers, and fraudulent withdrawals.
What we needed from you
Our compliance team sent a request for additional confirmation to compliance@fxlivecapital.com
, but we did not receive a response. Without that confirmation, we are not allowed to finalize the release immediately, because doing so would weaken the security controls that protect client funds.
Current status
We have now completed the review and your withdrawal has been processed successfully. The funds have been sent to your personal wallet.
We genuinely appreciate your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by these security checks. Our intention is always to protect client assets, even when that means adding verification steps in certain cases.

Please Refund My Initial Deposit !!
On Octover 3, 2025, My Account(2100271575) was Deleted due to suspected HFT(High-Frequency Trading) Activity.
Not Only were My Profits confiscated, but I have also not received a refund of My Initial Deposit($6580USD).
On Octover 3, 2025, The Same Day My Account was Deleted, I received an E-mail from The Compliance Team Titled "Notification Regarding Violation of Terms of Service"
This E-mail contained the infomation necessary for the refund of My Initial Deposit, and Ireplied with that Infomation on the same day.
I subsequently sent several E-mails to the Compliance Team to inquire about the situation, but they were all ignored, and My Initial Deposit was not refunded. So, on October 24, 2025, I posted a review on Trustpilot about the situation.
I then received the following response from the Compliance Team:
""We would like to inform you that your refund case has been confirmed and is currently under processing. Please note that such procedures may take up to 60 days to be fully completed.
However, we have noticed that you have posted public reviews containing inaccurate and misleading statements regarding this matter. These actions negatively affect our company’s reputation and integrity, despite our commitment to resolving your case appropriately.
In order to proceed smoothly and finalize your refund, we kindly ask you to remove the review from Trustpilot and provide proof of its removal. Once confirmed, we will continue the process without further delay.""
After receiving this notice, I deleted my Trustpilot review on October 24, 2025, and requested that the compliance team promptly refund My Initial Deposit and not ignore my E-mails asking about the status.
As of November 26, 2025, approximately one month later, I still have not received a refund of My Initial Deposit. I have sent three E-mails during this time asking about the status, but all of them have been ignored.
Why are you ignoring me?
It's been two months since the incident occurred, so why have I still not received a refund for my initial deposit?
Are you a scam broker?
If you're not a scam broker, Please refund My Initial Deposit as soon as possible.
This is abusive, so I'm considering reporting it to the Financial Services Commission (FSC).

This company is a complete SCAM. They charged me hidden fees of over $1,500 when I tried to WITHDRAW my money. And also asked my to verify and re-verify my KYC exactly when I tried to withdraw my money. All the fake, made-up fees were added on and charged later, only when I tried to withdraw. And withdrawing money TAKES FOREVER - it says pending for days with no action or update. Stay away from this SCAM. You'll pay dearly in hidden fees, charged after all your trades are long closed. Scammy, shady company with terrible practices. They don't honor their listed fees for fx or crypto accounts. BEWARE!
