It did not let me create an account. It kept on saying my email was not valid, but I used the same email as I always use, and it usually works. It did not let me use it.

Very difficult to cancel subscription

We tried to cancel it and webpage is very misleading and we thought we cancelled it but it keeps billing us for a few month!
Now we were told to contact support team and on that page this is no support team contact even.
They purposely made it misleading and difficult to cancel to cheat money from customers. Be careful before you start using it.

I subscribed to this a few months back but no longer need it. I tried to cancel my subscription by going through the support team online, but when I ask to cancel it just brings me back to the support page and keeps me running in circles getting nowhere. This has been extremely frustrating. I need this resolved and to stop getting charged every month. If I can't get this resolved I guess I'll need to contact the better business bureau. Please cancel my subscription!

They ruined there website with there new update you can no longer access the archived versions of the software or find out the past versions of the softwares features so if you have a lifetime license it makes it very frustrating

Was a happy long time user of HitFilm Express with many add-ons. As a freelancer it was perfect for only paying for the things you needed. Now with the change to a subscription model this advantage is missing and all my add-ons are going to be useless in new versions, which is very bad because the last HitFilm version was very buggy. Downloads to older versions of HitFilm were removed completely from FXHome's website - even Adobe let's you download older version of their software. The new free version only allows you to export with a maximum of 1080p - just turned to garbage.

The software turned to not suit my needs, so uninstalled it and I wanted to delete my account. I didn't find such option so I went to the FAQ section
From their FAQ:
"How do I delete my account?
Unfortunately it is not possible to provide a tool to do this on our website right now. But we are happy to handle this for you.

If you would like to delete your FXhome account, please contact our Support team, providing your email address and any other identifying information you can (such as order numbers, serial codes, or Downloads registered to the account). This will help us to confirm you are the account owner, and process your request speedily."

In my opinion such thing makes a product very very untrustworthy and shows a lack of respect to user privacy. Them holding to your personal information this way and making the deleting process so complicated. I would defiantly not recommend this product regardless of its technical features.

It's a great video editor with free version but I don't know what's wrong with it! I looped a 36-sec video(12MB,720p,29.97fps) to extend it to 1.5hr in 720p,29.97fps and added an audio clip to it that was 117MB with the same length of 1.5hr. Then it took 3hrs to export the video. And its file size is 7.64GB. I didn't understand, Why?
My system specs are i3 6th gen, 12GB RAM. Is that too low that it took 3hrs to export that video and with such file size?

Best REAL free get-started-video-editing-tool I could find.
