Well to start there's no description on the website on how their boots fit, for example if they fit small or big or average. I have been wearing workboots for over 30 years. I know my size of workboots very well. When I ordered the size I needed from them, the first pair showed up and They were extremely too large. I went down one full size after returning the first pair. I tried on the second they were still Too big.I went down two and a half sizes from my normal size and they finally fit. After trying them out for a week I realize the comfort and quality are both terrible. I can feel the heat of the ground through the bottom. I can feel sharp or hard objects through the bottom, the safety toe edge cuts into the top of my feet and the lace "grommets" rub into my feet as well. Overall, these are terrible quality boots And if you work for a living you do not want them.

While I've found FXD work wear awesome I've found a massive issue with the socks... I've washed them as per instructions and they are losing material after the first or second wash. I bought almost a dozen pairs and thought maybe it was just one or two at fault. Every pair leaves black crap on my feet and my carpet.

Look good comfortable to wear faded within 6 weeks brought 2 pair to expensive lasted less than 6 months before material failed between pockets like it was rotten

Love women's fxd ! my favourite work wear. Can you please start a night whites reflective pants and or shirt range. So hard to find women's nightwork clothing. Always comes in mens sizing

Not happy with the quality of the shorts, fraying already!

This is definitely my 5 or 6 order with FXD. The customer service does a very good job, questions are answered very quickly, the help comes quickly and without problems. The shipping is also very good, you are always informed and get the tracking code. I can recommend FXD for the quality of their workwear.

Really good trousers I won’t wear anything else

I have never had any problems with fxd and have always given them 5 stars until this order, the wrong trousers have been delivered and I have yet to receive a reply from customer service on the procedure to return them.

Complete messed up the order sent wrong trousers wrong socks and didn’t even put the hoodie in delivery very poor service.

Extremely prompt, very well organised, great product, overall brilliant transaction. Will definitely use again. Great job guys, thank you.

I was happy with my purchase, but looking at the site the next day, I saw that 30% off was being given on the pair of jeans that I'd purchased just the day before. So I contacted them to ask for some sort of reimbursement. I received a less-than-amiable reply that that was not possible. But then a day later I did receive a friendly reply from someone higher up (Richard) who had his eye on things, offering 20% off in addition to the 30% off on additional items. I'm happy with the way it turned out.
