DO NOT BUAbsolute Scam Platform - Takes Crypto & DisappearsY FROM THIS COMP

I purchased their FX Starter Windows VPS plan (London LD4) and paid the $29 setup fee using cryptocurrency USDT (TRC20 network) via NOWPayments. The transaction was fully confirmed, verified, and successfully completed on the blockchain.

Despite receiving the full payment, my order status has been permanently frozen on "PENDING" in the dashboard. I have received zero server credentials (no IP address or password email).

I have opened multiple support tickets and sent urgent emails to support for manual verification over the last 24-48 hours, but they have completely ignored my requests and refuse to reply. They are active during trading sessions but refuse to deliver the services paid for.

This website is a fraudulent operation designed to steal crypto from traders. Save your hard-earned money and stay away from FxCompute!

Blockchain Transaction Proof Available. Order Status: FAKE/SCAM.

Izhar, you're right about the parts that matter. Your payment was received, your server took nearly three hours to come up, and a ticket asking us for credentials was closed after we sent you the server provisioned mail. You then ask that your server instance be moved to New York from London, which we then stopped your server to move it to New York, — none of that was good enough. It's running in New York now, the move was free, and your subscription is paid to 7 October. If anything is still wrong, write to me directly.
