Very Un-organized & Poor Quality Control
I've used FWP for years. The quality of clothing and the embroidery are very good and the $ value excellent. BUT, that's where it ends. Everytine I order it's a nightmare to just get what I requested. There is zero communication withijn the company and to the customer. My last order I was told would be ready in a week. 2 weeks later "I" called and they were just stitching the names? A week later I go by only to find out half the order didn't even have names on them, and the ones that did were wrong! Constant goofs, constant go backs that take away from my work day. I'm a small business so my orders are typically 12-24 pieces but that should not matter. It should be done when told it would be and done exactly as it was written on the order.
