Fuzzypaws is a scam website.
Fuzzypaws contacted me through a third-party Instagram account, offering what seemed like a generous promotion and a chance to become a brand ambassador.
I visited their website and picked out a few items for my dog. The total cost was around $180, but with their discount code, I paid $45.
Two weeks later, the package arrived — and I was absolutely shocked. The product quality was terrible. Honestly, my dog could’ve crafted something better with his paws.
Fuzzypaws has no proper customer service — neither on their website nor on Instagram. They post polished photos that make the products look high-end, but what you actually receive is junk.
I'm posting this to warn others and help prevent more people from being scammed like I was. Stay away from Fuzzypaws.
