Fuxtec ,It's a lawnmower petrol. They look ok, but dont bother,But I bought it from father, he paid for it then didn't need it, the carburettor was faulty, zero help from. Fuxtec, warranty useless, now truspilot say fuxtec don't believe what I said, well check the emails I sent you in Germany,asking for support. also when you have zero customer support in England don't complain about "you don't think its a real review " i stand by what i said, not fit for purpose, zero customer support, unable to buy the correct parts at a reasonable price, no idea what the parts were that are on their lawn mower, if anyone else thinks its OK please message, however I feel that none of the above was met, had to sell it for parts only as it didn't work. Date is approx as I've done all this before.

Customer Service….non existent.
Needed a small plastic wheel spacer as it was damaged and I stress not in transit when brought new through Amazon,was told it was not available,so I persisted and eventually they emailed and refused any further contact as I had purchased the mower through Amazon.
Also no local network for parts ,ie agricultural/mower repair dealers ,so having to get the part made so the machine can be used.
Shameful company…..Stay away and stick with the established reputable firms not these conmen.

When I had a serious problem with a Brush Cutter Fuxtec sorted the problem very professionally, If they had a UK service centre I would give six star. I have also purchased a lawn mower and a hedge trimmer. Very happy with purchases.

Put the FUXTEC CTXL900 Wagon on our Amazon baby wishlist, and when it arrived, it had a slight fault. Contacted Amazon customer service, who were beyond useless (promised a replacement which they never sent), then contacted Fuxtec directly. Clearly, I should have done that first! They were very responsive, professional, and courteous, and sent a replacement part right away. So happy with the wagon - recently was able to seat my child and all their cousins in it during an outing, including diaper bag and snack bags! Incredibly handy for the beach, car boot sales, etc. I love the design where the seats are bench style, because you can fit stuff under the seats, and you can put stuff between the seats without impeding on the childrens' legroom. Such a great design, and so, so happy to have this wagon in my life! Highly recommend both the wagon and the company.

Amazing customer service and sturdy products.

I bought a multi tool earlier in the year. The strimmer, the hedge cutter and polesaw were fine, apart from a slight leak from the fuel cap. I used the brushcutter at the weekend and I literally shook itself apart. The gaurd fell off, bolts fell out of the handle, and even though I was wearing work gloves, I recieved a massive blister that burst almost immediately. I finally managed to gwt the shaft out, and now cant get any of the other tools in, rendering the whole thing useless. I've emailed Fuxtec uk twice, but recieved no reply at all.
