Extreamly bad and no delivery!

order that was to be delivered in 48 hours is 10 days later still somewhere in transit with no insight on actual delivery

decided to buy the same goods paying a little more elsewhere

Terrible company, ordered 2 make up mirrors only to recieve 2 boxes of bulbs and to charge me near £100.

Ønsker at returnere og får dette svar: "Dear customer, hello. The goods have been shipped for a few days now. If you say you don't want them anymore and want a refund, it is absolutely unacceptable. We do not accept it, nor do we accept it. People like you cannot accept it. We hope you think twice before taking action"

Order was placed June 22nd order hasnt been shipped shocking service.

I must unfortunately share my extremely negative experience with Fuugo. It is with great disappointment and frustration that I must acknowledge being deceived of my order, which not only failed to arrive but also the impossibility of reaching customer service to resolve the issue.

I have productsfrom Fuugo and have paid in advance, only to discover that my order never reach me. This failure in service is absolutely unacceptable. Paying for something and not receiving it is not only poor business ethics, it is outright deceit.

Unfortunately, it doesn't end there. Attempts to contact customer service are as futile as the orders themselves. Either met with silence or merely standardized responses that do not address the real issue. It is evident that there is a lack of willingness to solve customers' problems and ensure their satisfaction.

Overall, my experience with Fuugo has been a total disaster. I can only warn others against using this service. Save yourself the trouble, money, and frustrations. Fuugo does not deliver what they promise, and their customer service is non-existent. Go elsewhere for your needs - Fuugo is not worth investing time or money in.

Recommendation: Avoid Fuugo at all costs!

My order 103521085 dated 04/09/2023 was not delivered and can't be track past 17/10/2023. According to fuugo my delivery adress is the problem(my problem) the person issuing the invoice is not to blame although my address is on my account. Please advise.

Do not use their website. They leave your cart payment detail and charge you for order you never ordered.

We lost a lot of money and support just ignore us.

DO NOT USE THESE.
They have taken my order and not sent any goods. Typical Online company. Rip you off because we are soft Brits. Paypay are just as useless. you have to wait 40 days before they talk to you.
